On Sunday 16/04/23 at 12: 17pm to get my Birthday cake for my son. I look a around the cake for moment and ask the staff about the Birthday cake, look like she don’t happy to answer me, after that I choose one cake I buy and I put my hands near that cake suddenly she throws my hands away and wrapped that cake. She very rude roughly, i buy the cake I pay money not she give me for free. I never come there again, bad service cake shop

0 stars. I used to love this place and got their crème brulle made with boba and milk. The drink had tasted normal until I tasted something weird. It was not boba but horrible white chunks floating in my drink. It was curled milk I fear. I was horrified and opened my drink to see it. Would never go back ever again! Don’t not recommend

Good cheese cake and milk tea.
The milk tea is made of powder instead of fresh milk.
Anyway avg good.

Quick n easy to grab ya drink n go, I although dint very fancy the parking on the corner, rather walk from caro car park

Unprofessional over the phone, seemed unenthusiastic to answer questions regarding how to make an order, abrupt hang up. Better to go in-store

Lovely place amazing looking food and cakes. Drinks were served fast and fresh. Seats were comfy and they had couches. Will come here again

40% of times I bought blended water milk tea from here which I barely can feel the sent of lychee flavor.
Taste of milk tea here always different.

I do miss the nice buns & rolls they used to sell, shame that headquarters decided to only produce cakes from a couple of months back.
Hopefully they change their minds & bring back the yummy buns.

They banned me from buying the drinks one night for coming 5 mins before closing time.next time u do this again i will sue.crazy store.

Original and the best for bubble tea. Always new/limited edition drinks, easy staff to understand, and even late at night the cake display tends to have a decent selection. The new full cakes are really cute too.

Ordered a bubble tea, got home and realised they hadn't added any sago at all, even though it had specifically said so on the receipt. Then called up to ask for a remake so that when we got there it would already be ready, but they told us to come all the way back to the store and they'd add it in. Considering it was your mistake in the first place, should have offered a free re-make or at least a refund. Have been going here for years and have always been happy with the service, very disappointed.
