I’ve been coming to this utopia for almost five years now, it’s the only one from the chain I visit since the tea seems to taste the best here:) Joey is absolutely wonderful and has remembered me and my friends orders over the years, as well as providing recommendations and amazing service. The atmosphere is very relaxing, I highly recommend coming here.

Terrible customer service, refused to honour rewards cards- no signage to say it needed to be scanned before transaction. We were Told to call the app. Please put signs or let people know next time, rather than rude refusals

Went there recently with my three kids. All of our drinks had hardly any sago / bubble balls, it was noticeably less than normal.

This was the only branch that would accept my phone order for a cake. Made payment and got my receipt within 20 minutes.

The other branches lost my custom as they weren't flexible and insisted I be there in person, kind of hard when I'm above the 26th parallel and won't be back for another 3 days.

A conveniently located bubble tea shop, with mostly indoor seating but of course all items are easily taken away.

The bubble tea is quite standard, there's customisable toppings, sugar and ice levels but overall choice doesn't make this one of the more innovative of bubble tea stores. You can also get coffee, smoothies as well as cakes.

Service is reasonably friendly, just double check your order as I had to ask for my pearls to be added after receiving the drink as the staff forgot that I ordered and paid for them.

Would put zero if I could, lady who took the order didn’t listen at all had to correct every single thing then tells me I said sago in my orders WHEN NO ONE IN MY FAMILY eats sago and my mum is allergic. Then goes on to tell me it was my fault and takes no ownership of the mistake. Doesn’t apologise doesn’t offer anything. Worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

My partner and I come here on a regular basis as we live nearby. Joey is so lovely. I love to try different flavours (today I tried the Brown Sugar Matcha) whereas my partner has a couple of favourites (the Fresh Taro and Taiwan Tea). Every time we have visited, we've been served promptly and greeted by Joey. Every bubble tea we have ordered has been delicious, never had an issue. I highly recommend.

The service is great. The owner is friendly and kind to the children. I have been many times and shall return again soon.

Poor hygiene! The staff don't wash their hands between taking orders, handling payments and making the tea. The worst thing was that she rinsed the mixer cup with her hands without applying soap then added the ingredients into the mixer cup and makes the bubble tea. Pretty disappointed with the hygiene.

The service was sort of unwelcoming and awkward. When we went in, the server was just sitting there and didn't seem to really know what she was doing, even when we were paying, she was still a bit confused. The drink was alright though.

This is my family's favourite utopia branch. Joey is a bubble tea goddess who makes it perfect every time. I always call up to check if she's working before I place an order.

Bought a cake today its very old. The fruit inside taste like wine, not fresh at all. And it’s not cheap for an expired cake. Health Department really need to do some more investigation here. Wouldn’t be back neither my friends.

OMG. I had to wait 30mins just for 1 drink.
Drink was warm and sago is not even cooked properly. There were only 1 staff who can take order and make drink at the same time. Seriously it was bad experience since I've been utopia customer. I will never comeback here. Huge disappointment.

Staff are always friendly and efficient. Most of the time there's only 1 staff and it gets a little busy when there are multiple customers at a time but over all it's a very good Utopia. The bubble tea they make is perfect!
