I liek it because it’s fairly easy but very well done to the teachers at Uplus who work very hard.

My children have been receiving tutoring form Uplus for years, and recently I am really losing my patience with them It was not too bad before, like honestly … but over the years we’ve also had some unpleasant experiences

One of my children is a special needs child. Every time we need to change tutor, they need to spend extra time getting to know my child and build up rapport. After some changes, luckily we’ve been learning with one teacher (not going name) for the past year or so. She’s good, but this past term she’s being giving us all the attitude. Constantly late to classes (20+ minutes late!), sometimes it’s for her personal issues and other time it’s because she spends too long providing feedback to prior class’s students. I have other situations and schedules too, I can’t simply wait an extra half an hour every week because of you! She even suggested just doing part of class online instead to make up for what she didn’t have time to teach in class, so that she can be on time for her next class. Well, I paid for a face to face one by one tutoring service, why am I getting a rip off and my child not getting the teaching they deserve all because of your inability to manage your time and teach your classes on time? You’re a tutor, a teacher, you are responsible to plan, teach, assess, evaluate and provide feedback for a student’s learning. And most of all you are responsible to be there on time and take on your duty of care for the student in your class. How can you let them sit there and wait by themselves during their class time and even decide to cut their time shortyou are on time for the previous class and want to be one time for the next class, but why not for my child’s class?
I have a special needs child, and the WA curriculum states all children deserve an equal and fair opportunity to learn regardless of their abilities, and that teachers are responsible to differentiate and cater teaching for all students. Why do you treat my child this way? Are you trying to make things hard on purpose because you don’t like my child, think my child is dumb, want us to quit so you don’t need to teach anymore?

This place has poor management.poor teaching for children with special needs. Want to teach all the smart and bright ones that want to do GATE or get good grade for NAPLAN, but not those who just want to improve to an average grade.lack of space and putting children in the KITCHEN to be tutored!
Hiring tutors on contracts that are NOT COMMITTED and end up quitting after a semester or a year, making children change tutors on a frequent basis.the tutors not teaching at in the common area CHATTING and LAUGHING loudly! Disrupting the classes.poor time management and frequently LATE (spends too long providing feedback and end up no time for next class). Should just extend the feedback time for large groups or feedback via message/email afterwards.
There’s quite a varying difference in teaching quality and experiences with different teachers.my child’s grade hasn’t even improve

As a uplus student I really appreciate what this company has done for me. Each week they provide fun and educational booklets that motivates me to reach my full potential and challenge myself at the same time. Instead of dreading class each week, I look forward to learning something new each lesson. Overall my journey at Uplus Education has been a wonderful experience.

Uplus is such a great tutoring center. My kids quite like it. The teachers there are very well organized and always make the lessons knowledgeable with funs. Kids won’t feel bored. Highly recommend.

My children have been having lessons in Uplus over 2 years. They have a better systems in approaching to different students’ needs. (more tailor to my child’s level compare to other tuition centre). The centre markings their weekly booklets and feedback after each lesson are very helpful to parents. It provides a great help to improve the child’s progress too. Effectively communications are in place through different channels. Only one thing needs more improvement is the availability of the classes are limited especially for those experienced tutors. Keep up for doing such great works

This is a fantastic place for children to study, because the tuition center has numerous tutors to fit different needs from the kids and parents. Additionally, the courses are designed exclusively for every child so that they can perform their best while having fun in class. Highly recommended for a tuition center.

UPlus is a very good tutoring centre. My daughter has a great experience here. Her teacher makes a study plan suitable for my daughter according to her learning level. After each class, the teacher will communicate with the parents immediately.

The children had a great experience in Uplus. Regarding the course design, the teacher made plans for different children. Although the teachers are young, they have shown high-quality tutoring skills, and most importantly, they are very patient and interact well with the children. Uplus Education is the best extracurricular tutoring institution in Perth absolutely. Kids not only love the 1vs1 tutorial during the school term, but also like the small group learning program in the school holiday. Starting from a young age at Uplus, I have concluded that this community is a great place for your son or daughter. Uplus offers a wide variety of learning techniques.
