Universal Store

I went into universal store today and had such a great experience with Ella. She was so nice and actually cared for me to find the right clothing for myself. She didn’t seem pushy aswell and gave me really helpful suggestions

The staff is uncomfortably friendly and overly enthusiastic. Nobody seems to be genuine or honest. I tried on a dress that was super unflattering for my body type and thank god my friend was there to advice me against it, however, one of the girls working on that day told me I look amazing in it and how she has the same exact dress and wears it all the time and how if she wore it that day, we'd be "matching". I seem to have the same experience multiple times whereby staff come by and tell me how they have the same product I am trying on.it honestly feels like staff have automated or scripted customer service lines they use on everybody, which would have been fine, except the staff overdo it too much and have made every experience in the store a very uncomfortable one, every single time. Sorry but please get staff to read the room. Products are good, quality is good, customer service is shocking.

Shoutout to Minna and the other staff members for helping us with our outfits! Minna was very welcoming and gave us some great advice on sizing and style

Great customer service compared to how it use to be. Came in for some new jeans and was assisted by a lovely lady (didn't get her name) who was more then happy to help, she knew the style and colour I was after and I walked out stoked!

Couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful the staff in this store were. Haven’t experienced such great service in years.

Extremely rude staff. They were too busy chatting about their friday night plans than actually providing some assistance and doing their jobs.will not be returning to this branch again.however, clothes on sale were a good deal.

VERY happy with my shopping recently! Customer serves was AMAZING and the ladies working seemed like they genuinely wanted to help:) a bit upset that there isn't as much variety as there is online, as i was interested in buying some clothes that i couldn't see in the shop. Still figuring out my size, so i like you try on clothes before purchasing. Apart from that, i will be returning soon with a full wallet!:)

Staff are really lovely, they'll help you find a whole outfit if you want. Half my wardrobe is from this shop
