Extremely busy panel shop, getting an assessment on minor damage to one side of the vehicle quick and easy.

Exceptional service! Their quote came in less than 2 other repairers and they handled all my insurance correspondence. We have an 18 year old vehicle that looks like it's 3 years old and we were very pedantic on what they should, and should not do to our vehicle, and they kept by it. Thank you for doing an excellent job.

I used this place twice, because insurance sent me there. I would not recommend them to anyone! Terrible work and terrible customer service is what we received. I only gave 1 star so it would post, others I’d give no stars.

The reception staff are very rude, very unprofessional, very belittling. Let's the company down, as the job was good.

Really unprofessional experience from after the quote and getting the job. There are too many alternative smash repairers out there to give money to a business that probably gets by as an insurance repairer. If you can avoid them do so.

Have had to use these guys twice now. Really good service and they get the job done inside the time frame they give. The staff there go out of their way to help, often well above and beyond, I would not go anywhere else. Even though I prefer not to have to use panel beaters.

Booked in for four days for door damaged by some thoughtless person in a car park. After four days picked car up and the job was excellent. Even though Panel and Paint were short handed due to staff sickness, they still DELIVERED on a great job. This was6the first time they have done work for me, but I hope it is the last. If not, I trust their professional workmanship.

Spectacular. The repair process was smooth and efficient. The repairs are of a great standard and my vehicle was returned looking like new both inside and outside. Their updates on the repair stages are also a nice touch so you can keep track of your car. Odometer hasn't changed and neither has my fuel tank level.unlike other panel shops I've been to! Overall I am very happy and will recommend Universal Panel and Paint to anyone needing repairs.

This place is not okay. If I had not been there my daughter would have drove away with a shonky job. Second time around it took all of 15 mins to fix Where was the quality çontrol.

Did an awesome job, with online progress updates messaged to your phone. Wish it was quicker though but quality over quantity. Would recommend.

Appalling and will never go here again. They alleged insurer had cancelled booking, but the insurer (and I) hadn't, and they didn't bother to call at any time prior to the booked repairs date to confirm this misunderstanding.

2 weeks without car. Only last 5 days actually working on it. Suggestion to coordinate time better. Repeairs excellent.

Great service and with the digital notifications, you know what's happening when they do, even with a shipping delay due to damaged parts that had arrived, they managed to have my Colorado sorted ahead of time and with an amazing quality finish. Washed and polished the whole car too, the whole thing looks brand new! Couldn't be happier with the results and service A±±
