Absolutely EXCELLENT service from Emilio (Mil). He was SO helpful, friendly and professional all the way, helping us import the first of several 40' containers from China. I certainly wouldn't think of using anyone else and would not hesitate recommending UCB to anyone for their shipping requirements.

I had a small and complex shipment which required customs broker support at very short notice - I had trouble until I found UCB, and then everything went extremely smoothly. Hi everyone,
Coming back from a family visit in good old Germany I went through customs in Perth with a gold bullion in my pocket. The boarder security took it off me on the spot and also charged tax on it. This obviously really upset me but with Rob’s help and the required “formal entry” I was able to pick it back up the following day. A few weeks later I even got the paid tax back from the ATO.
Couldn’t have done this without Rob’s help. He did this very professional and trustworthy 10/10
