Jenny called to let me know that collection was happening. Her friendly, professional and informative manner put me at ease straight away during a stressful time after my accident. 10/10 When the tow truck driver arrived (Gene) the service continued. I knew my car and I were being looked after.

Tony was fantastic! Fast to arrive and kept me in the loop with his movements. Super genuinely and friendly, even managed to put a smile on my face after an unpleasant car write off… couldn’t recommend more highly!

First accident I have had with another vehicle in 47 years of driving. My insurance company recommended UTTS to pick up the vehicle and take it to the panel beaters. The service has been unbelievable, from the ladies at the control centre letting me know what's going on, to the tilt tray operator who looked after my vehicle and my belongings and notifying me by phone on how long before he was going to be able to pick the vehicle up. Thank you UTTS, I hope I never have to use you again, but if I do you're now in my speed dial. Cheers

My car insurance company sent the tow truck service to pick up my car and the driver was very helpful and empathetic.

I got into an accident and Bart from United happened to be on the scene right away. He immediately got out and made sure I was alright, helped me through the claim process, and towed my car while dropping me home. Can not thank Bart and United enough for making a horrible occurrence as easy as possible, and going above and beyond to ensure I was looked after.

Just like to thank the wonderful, amazing staff, Tania, Rob, Jenni and the whiole team for being so compassionate, helpful professional duriing a very stressful and traumatic time. I think they should win the order of Australia for their outstanding service.

I would just like to commend the level of amazing service I received this morning from Tane one of your tow truck men. His level of service was second to none, he was so comforting in such a high level of stress for me. I had an accident and he put my mind at ease! Stood with me in pouring rain he even got an umbrella for me! I don't normally give complements but he is an absolute asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him working for you.

He made an extremely stressful situation that little bit easier.

Blown away by how FRIENDLY this team is! Got a call from their office this morning to arrange for my car to be towed and the lady was an absolute pleasure. Within 15 minutes the tow truck driver had called me to give me notice of his arrival and he too made the process as easy as possible and even cared to ask what happened and if everyone was ok. Such a breath of fresh air, thanks for the friendly and efficient service!

They employ reckless, aggressive drivers. Someone driving a United Tilt Tray truck (rego starting with 1CMI) sped up to cut me off while merging on the freeway this morning. I was already halfway into the lane and they nearly caused a major accident. Clearly need better training and driver monitoring.

These guys were amazing when I was hit by a driver who ran a red light - they organised everything gg in such a professional and compassionate way (I was a mess) thanks guys!

Half Way to heat stroke, diver strait away handed me a 600ml Chilled Water before us spoke. Scored some Panadol too short time after lol.

Who does this these days, Chilled Water was a dream right at that moment.

Amazing service, prompt and so very kind and understanding. I was involved in a severe car crash and upon calling I had a lovely man Robert come and collect my car. Not only was he so kind whilst I was in shock, he towed my car and even drove me home and was concerned with my well being. The office manager Tania was also wonderful.
