Staff is excellent and very well trained. I found almost all products in the store especially different pie. Store is very clean and hygienic.

Best pies and coffees with cheapest fuel. Can’t get better than than. Great customer service too.

Today i went to the united petroleum station and i get really good customer service as the staff are very cooperative. Tandoori veg and pizza pies are amazing. I also appreciated by their cleanness and mix & matched discounts. Everything is organised clearly in such a way that customers can find anything quickly. It has always reasonable fuel price too.

I visit this servo daily and I have had nothing but excellent service. Every time I go in I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff are so friendly. Don't see how others have had bad experiences as it's my favourite servo to stop in. Also the Pie are delicious, I don't get them very often but when I do they are yummy as. Shop is always clean and spotless too. If I could give more stars I would thanks United servo for your excellent customer service every time!

I went to United site at Hamilton Hill and I saw really big difference compare to a year ago. Actually I didn’t want to eat anything but one of the Indian lady convince me to buy pie. I like vegan sausage roll it was really yammyyy.

I’m a regular and always get fantastic customer service, especially from Dhaval! Love the vegan range, so tasty:)

Yesterday, i visited united hamilton hill pump for filling fuel. The staff was very good and polite and their pizza pie was very tempting.

Never go to work there the name manger name called JD he hasn't gave my pay.he is one of the most liar human I seen in my life.
He just use his staff.
Be careful aslo while eating pie and donuts I know how they will do there.

I arrived to get fuel at 2: 20pm today at this service station, which I come once a month, trying to get the pump to work for 5-10 minutes it suddenly shot 70c of fuel over my pants and motorcycle. I went inside to find out what was wrong with the pump, I was told motorcycles are now prepaid. No sign, nor message over the PA, nor the attendant coming out to tell me.

Hardly at fault for the ridiculous policy, the attendant put my prepaid on a different pump and told me to wheel my bike around to a pump another car had begun to use.

If you're on a motorcycle, go elsewhere.

Today at 9.07 pm I have purchased pie and one indian lady is on time the counter she doesn’t give tomato sauce with it. Whe i asked her roe for sauce, she is telling me rudely i have to pay extra its not free. I always purchase pie and got free sauce with it on the same place

Sorry guys for all previous bad experiences. We are the new management and the whole shop is renovated with delicious pies, doughnuts, cookies, brownies and freshly grounded coffee.new staff as well.worth a visit.

It's a good service station and the staff are polite and friendly. It's just that I like to use BP Ultimate in my vehicle and they don't sell it. I love my car and I like to take care of my cars engine. It's not just about saving small amounts of money, fixing engines with carbon build up from cheap fuels and only driving short trips, is extremely expensive.

I was served by a very rude girls on Sunday evening. I have been visiting this store regularly and usually the staff is very welcoming. I will do the formal complain to the manager.

Waited 10 mins to get fuel and no one came to counter. Store was open but seems the clerk was asleep in the back or something. Even tried to call the store and no answer! Appalling service very disappointed will make a formal complaint!

Thanks for nothing. I just drove over there late at night to get some petrol. I arrived at 10: 54, according to my phone - the lights were on, the prices were still up, so I pulled in. Just as I switched off my ignition, a voice comes over the loudspeaker, "sorry, we're closed". Guess I won't be filling up my tank for $70 then, and a wasted 20 minute drive late at night. Do you guys actually want customers? Stick to your posted opening hours, and if you're closed, then turn off your signs and don't mislead people into coming in! Ridiculous, this has been my regular petrol station but I won't be coming back.

United service station on winterfold road Hamilton Hill has cheap fuel on Tuesdays. I dont know if all United Service Stations are the same.
