Recently purchased a used Toyota forklift from Nathan and the team, we were looking for a specific model and Nathan spent the time with different options and found a great forklift for us. Highly recommend if your looking for a good quality forklift with great service

Called up united equipment to rent a telehandler 2.5T, a rented the machine over a month, they over charge me, machine was too old and not working well.

One day the machine got a little damage, called in to report it, united equipment told me not to worry as I have insurance on my machine, just take picture of the damage and we will put an insurance claim.

After one week from the damage, there story change to united equipment can only help up to $1000 in insurance and I have to cover the rest.
Than there story change again, to I don’t have insurance at all and I have to pay near $3000 for damages!

They refused to talk about it, Paul Kettle the national credit manager started been hard headed and acting like they always in the right, and he refused to negotiate so we can come to a conclusion.

Then I started getting threats from Paul Kettle the national credit manager and their lawyers that they want to take legal action.
Shame on you united equipment for doing dodgy business and lying to clients,

Shame on Paul Kettle the national credit manager, for using threats to try to recover unfair money

I will do my best to advice all our clients and business to never do any business with United Equipment, as they are built on lies and dodgy business.

I recently contacted United as I thought I was paying too much for my forklift gas. Not only did their team listen to my complaint, they took the time to involve my account manager and their CS Manager to review my complaint. I can only describe the way I was dealt with as patient, understanding and investigative. They came back to me within 24 hours and I was very satisfied with the whole affair. Frankly - I now wouldn't mind if I was paying a little more for the gas as the service is worth it - but don't tell them that!
