I have had two facials now with Lauren at Unique and cannot fault the service I received. The treatment was excellent and there is no pressure to buy products used (unlike other beauty spas!) Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been going to Unique for about 6 months now. It’s honestly the highlight of the month, Lauren makes you feel so relaxed and pampered while bringing my skin up to amazing level. I quite often drift off into a little nap I’m that relaxed.

Lauren is a lovely and skilled therapist, and really appreciate the after hours appointment times.

I have had appointments with both Lauren and Ciana and they both have a level of service that exceeds what I've experienced at other clinics. They both take so much pride in their work and you can really trust that they'll take the time and care to ensure the best possible results for every client.

Had the glow getter experience with Ciana and it was nothing short of amazing! Ciana took the time to go through my skin concerns and made sure she focused on that. She is also so full of knowledge. The facial itself was very relaxing and I loved the little massage at the end! Would definitely recommend and will be going back for more!

Today I had THE best facial experience I have ever had! Ciena is so knowledgeable, professional and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. The clinic is gorgeous, a relaxing tranquil space to really send you away. All the little touches make it truly special. I enjoyed the Glow Getter treatment, and it was absolutely amazing. My skin feels incredible, and investing in myself today was the best thing I've done in ages. I cannot wait to go back.

I had an absolutely amazing Glow Getter facial experience with Cian on Thursday. This year I am committing to looking after my skin but I needed professional guidance and that is where Cian steps in. Her knowledge and passion about skin care is second to none. After a thorough skin consultation with some fabulous education I was treated to the BEST facial I have ever had. I have already booked in for another facial and can’t wait to see the results I get following her expert advice.

I've been to Unique twice now, for the Glow Getter Experience and make-up. Both experiences were amazing. The clinic is a gorgeous, relaxing space and Ciana is so knowledgeable and lovely. The Glow Getter was amazing, completely relaxing and yes, my skin glowed afterwards. Ciana completely met my make-up brief - "glam, but not mutton dressed as lamb". I'll be back!

Ciana is incredibly knowledgeable, she recommended a skin regimen for me and explained it in great detail. The facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. Although there was no pressure to buy any products I decided to buy the products she recommended and so far I'm really loving them. I'm excited to see how my skin improves and thoroughly looking forward to my next facial. The clinic is beautifully appointed and so welcoming, I wish I could go every day!

Ciana did a brow wax, skin consultation and facial for me about five days ago. Her clinic is clean, organized, and very cute. We started with my brow wax. She was so precise and genuinely my brows look better than they ever have. I rarely trust people to touch my brows but she genuinely enhanced them. Then we proceeded to my skin consult. She is such a knowledgeable professional and the consult was incredibly thorough. She recommended a skin regimen for me and explained it in detail, but never actually pressured me into products. The facial afterwards was deeply relaxing and my skin was glowing. I ended up buying the products she recommended and in less than five days my skin has taken such a positive turn. Conditions I have had since my teens are already easing. I am genuinely surprised. I am looking forward to continuing my skin journey with her.

I have been having my brows waxed and tinted by Ciana for a year now and she has worked her absolute magic on them, I recently had my first facial with Ciana and it was beyond incredible. I was a bit nervous heading into it but Ciana made me feel so relaxed and it was such a wonderful experience and left my skin GLOWING!
