Uniform Concepts Willetton Super Store

Sham of a store when you order uniform weeks before school, pick up half the uniform to be told on pick up some items out of stock. Ok that's fine. Call week before school, rude staff, still no stock. Ask specifically will it be here by time school starts, yes you will receive a text.no text and school starts tomorrow called the store 4 times today no answer and no option to leave a message for a callback.wouldnt mind if the communication was at least there but can't even say that!

U need to run air con.for both yr staff & customers 36° head ache material, I'm waiting for my school order with International student, sweating here! Occ Health & Safety, is a real thing!

Easy to find, easy to park. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices are what they are as it's the only place to buy kids uniforms, however in comparison to the UK they are very reasonable.

Felt very welcome, and was super quick with everything in stock.

It’s great if it isn’t packed with people. Staff can be very patient and kind, but then again, it depends on how busy it is and the mood or attitude of who serves you. Personally, my experience here has only been pleasant so far.

Weird shopping sytem.if you did not pre-order you wont be served until the store is cleared of all pre-ordering customers.if they started to serve you and a pre-order came through to pick up they will stop serving you and finish up with the pre-order.so make sure you preorder even if you arent sure the size will fit ‍️

Well set out and designed shop. Staff are friendly though the first lady we had went on and on about how tall my daughter is - my dtr didnt care but i know when i was a teen i hated that sort of thing. Just seemed odd as they would deal wih lots of teens and body sizes so thought they would be more mindful of what they say.

So bad.the service, they were like chasing ducks. Gave us less than one min chasing us to make decision. Sandy who served us, even rolled eyes and talked bad about people with the counter staff. We are buying few hundreds dollars of uniforms and not few dollars, plus we are not coming here everyday, of course we need to decide properly if we have got all the uniforms covered.

Poor customer service. Staff were disinterested and unhelpful. Maybe it was because it was the 3rd of January but still.

Staff is rude. Can't handle 2or 3 people in store. Always rush and put so much pressure to hurry up by asking again and again without pause. I wish I had some other options to buy uniforms.

The quality of all the uniforms are terrible. Especially for the price you pay. Never have anything available. Long wait times in the shop also waiting for things to arrive. So glad to not have to deal with this company any further as change of school.

Served by Sandra or Sandy can't remember her name, didn't give us enough time to think which one we going to buy.rushing galore I named it.she got the order mixed up.we got the blame for the mixed up.is there time limit per customer's.keep on going back n further to the back for getting wrong stuff.my suggestion slow down, it's about quality not quantity.and breath.ended up with 4 items to where we was going to get more.

Friendly and experience d staff. They know what there doing and they do it well. Would suggest getting their early or at quiet hours as it does get really busy especially during the summer holidays. Uniforms aren't cheap but whether they set the price or the supplier does I'm unsure.

I orded jackets around March. The staff said the estimated time to be back in stock was in May. I orded it for collection when available but it was May and still nothing.

Online orders take an unimpressive number of days to be delivered. My order was placed online on a Tuesday and a full week later I still can't even track it.
In comparison, a Victorian based clothing supplier I have used on multiple occasions has delivered in a remarkable 24hours.

I've got a concept for you: stock clothes and answer your phone.

Ordered winter clothes last November and still waiting in May. Very rude and lazy staff literally say "Well where else are you going to go? " We have to go second hand because you are so incompetent.

Wasn't even busy and the women on the floor running around spinning their wheels on the floor. So disorganised. Just needed 2 pairs of shorts and took more than an hour start to finish - I'd estimated 10 minutes - and it wasn't even busy. Their workflow is all off and ended up overloading the lady at the front counter. Terrible service - needs to improve.

Well done to the staff working hard on a busy Saturday. My order wasn't ready which was a concern, but I went to the paid orders queue to try my luck. It was a long wait in the heat but the staff were working hard and were clearly very capable. The young man who served me put my order together and I was able to walk away with exactly what i needed. I saw another young man be treated quite rudely because of a supply problem which the staff are not at fault for. I think they would have all worked extremely hard and overtime yesterday so thank you and well done!

Very expensive and no alternative to that. They sell clothes with some defects (stain) in almost same price as brand new.

Would someone else please open another uniform store to compete with this lot? They don't take phonecalls and then they are rude when you are forced to go to the shop only to be sent away empty handed.
