Ultra Tune Osborne Park

I recently had my car serviced at Ultra Tune in Osborne Park and as usual, everything that I requested was completed to the usual high standard.

80,000 km service. They were quick and professional. Very friendly and genuine guys. Very happy with rhe service and would recommended them to anyone.

They were incredibly helpful! Not only did they fix the issues at a quick pace but also helped me understand what the issues were and the benefits associate with the repair. Will be going back for any further car issues

Well, the process is not over for me yet hence mid star range, so will update as we progress

I am concerned now after reading reviews because there is only a small window of time for me to get the remaining issues fixed within the 30 day turn around and apparently they are fully booked out for a few weeks. This process is like a game of chess having to schedule around work & life commitments!

I understand the stringent application, is so other road users are covered by my non-covered interstate road insurance vehicle on WA roads; just in case of a bingle. Accidents are always waiting to happen at any given time, it would just be so sad if it happened to my little French donkey purchased in Melbourne.

Little did the operators know that I am actually Western Australian and just happened to feel the desire to drive back across the Nullabor instead of flying by aircraft. The interstate plates should not define who I am as a customer.

So let's aim for a resolution with a more business that act with integrity.

I have been going to Mark for a few years now. He is a very reliable and honest mechanic that charges reasonably.

He takes the time to explain vehicle issues in laymans terms. He is also happy to recommend specialist trades outside of his remit. I would take his advice on any of my vehicles.

I highly recommend this Ultra Tune Osbourne Park.

The mechanic I dealt with was so nice and funny. He was genuine and didn’t rip me off when it came to fixing my air con and it could have easily gone the other way (especially as a woman) as you put your trust in what they say and hope for integrity which this guy demonstrated:) I am considering changing over to have my car serviced with him next time. I'm an existing customer and went back for repeat business but Michael was unnecessarily curt to me on the phone and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. I won't be back.

Mark and Steve are brilliant! Their knowledge and expertise is outstanding, they are super friendly and accommodating and always do a fantastic job.

Excellent experience getting my vehicle inspected after the registration lapsed. Clear and helpful on the phone, no promises made but able to answer my specific questions about what needed to be done for the test to meet regulation. Took exactly the time they estimated and gave a clear list to fix to pass - easily passed once they were rectified. My car is back on the road within 4 days of finding out it had lapsed and I will definitely be returning!

I recently had a rego inspection and a brake service/ repair. The guys were great and would definitely recommend them.

Had a logbook service done. The staff were very informative and communicated well on the things that were found. The invoice was one of the most detailed I have ever had. The service was on time and am very satisfied.

The team at Ultra Tune were very efficient with the general car service I had booked in for. Prior to doing any sort of work on my car they called to confirm the pricing was going to be suitable for me, which was extremely helpful as I wouldn't have been able to afford the service otherwise. I am so disappointed by the service I experienced at Ultra Tune Osborne Park. The staff were rude and not accomodating. I genuinely do not recommend anyone to get a vehicle inspection done here. I should have read the earlier reviews as it appears others have had the same issue. Do not waste your time and go elsewhere.

Terrible! Do not go here for inspections. I wanted to get a simple inspection but I got an arrogant man. They were rude and couldn't do a proper inspection. Some reviews say that Ultra Tune has an immaculate service workshop but it is only clean because you never use it.

Go to Perth Euro instead of this horrible place. They have better reviews, better customer service and better repairs!

I dropped off my brothers car to them, they gave me a call about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost, was more than happy with the service, guys did a awesome job, will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE - failed inspection, went to another place 2 days later and it passed without any changes being done

Took my car here; they where very rude and basically told me to get lost whilst they did they inspected my car. When come back they did not tell me any specific issue on why it failed and said to wait for documentation.they said the reason for fail is front left strut. This was odd as i had tested all 4 and there where no issues.turns out they fail everyone for this issue and redirects them to a mechanic down the road that they get a commission from. Took it to another inspected 2 days later and it passed perfectly fine with no changes, i asked about the front strut and they said they made the issue up.
