Absolutely impeccable service. Brilliant result, went in for a tune and timing adjustment and my vehicle feels brand new, 10/10, definitely recommend these friendly and professional people

We had a slow leak in the tyre and headlight that needed replacing. The Ultrtune team accommodated us at short notice and got the repairs done on time for school pickup.

I took the car in to get dash warning lights checked and new wiper blades put on. Went bak to pick up only to be told the wiper blades that arrived did not fit (no problem this can happen). To get the warning light removed was going to cost $1400 so I give that a miss but told I would be called by the owner when the blades came in the next day. No call so i rang and was told they had not come in. To cut a long story short this happened over the next 2 weeks and I had to call every time as the owner who said each time he would call he didnt. Ended up getting done elsewhere straight away as it is now into week 3 and its raining:). Went back and told him and he said he would refund the money into my account so I gave him the details. Once again he said he would call to let me know he had transferred the refund. Of course no call so I rang him and he said " sorry I forgot but will do tonight ". Rang him on a Monday and was told by him that he had transferred the cash and it should be in soon. MMM soon became 2 more weeks so went in today and was given the cash. Moral of the story " If he can lie about putting money in my account what else does he lie about " DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AND ONLY GAVE 1 STAR AS WOULD NOT LET ME GIVE NONE.

Efficient; on time; helpful; courteous and reasonably priced. I was satisfied with the service I received and would both use it again and recommend it to others. Thank you.

I had my car serviced and timing belt and water pump changed, Dave gave me a quote which they stuck to and did the job in a very timely manner.
Thanks Dave and the guys at ultratune I'll definitely be back for my future service's and logbook maintenance.

Handed over my car over a year ago to fix a window motor, they immobilised the window control so it was no longer working but at least it was completely wound up. Turns out they had the window supported by a block of wood inside the door of my car - which I only found out after taking it to a different independent mechanic. Auto tune midland charged me over 200 dollars for this at the time.

Edit for response - I meant Ultra tune midland, I have attached the invoice - read "window regulator"
I'll attach photos of the wooden block in the car door as soon as my mechanic texts back.

Be careful of this business everyone.

Don't trust the guys at Midland WA.
I am sure that if all goes well, it is ok to use this company. If things go wrong, you are stuffed. They are not interested. They have no concept of customer care or any idea of ethical trading. We took them to court and heard them tell bare faced lies to the Magistrate. For three thousand dollars we decided we wanted them out of our lives and not to pursue the case. Use them if you want, you might get lucky, but if it goes wrong, good luck.

Unsurprisingly, my recollection of events vastly differs. We originally asked to return the vehicle to Midland Ultra Tune for inspection, but it was made very clear that they were not interested in helping. That my polite suggestion that they might want to confirm their responsibilities with The Department of Consumer Affairs before we are dismissed out of hand amounts to bullying, leaves me speechless.
As a family, we have never had dealings with law court proceedings, and quite frankly the process was far too stressful for us to continue. The point of reviews is to let others decide if Midland Ultra Tune are to be trusted. I wouldn’t risk it, and that they still think that we were treated properly only confirms their total lack of ethics.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
told me over the phone it would be $280-300 to service my car & did not ask any questions about the car besides what the model of the car was (I.e no question around the odometer). Take the car in to get serviced & they charge me $486! With absolutely no transparency around what they did.when I called to ask why they charged me double the price they proceeded to say “it’s a 60,000km service” to which I responded “it hasn’t even done 60k”. DO NOT go here unless you want to be ripped off.can’t believe your company can get away with scamming and preying on young naive women with little concept about labour and costing for a car. RIDICULOUS

Previously I had my car serviced by Wanneroo Mitsubishi and got to the point I felt like they were ripping me off. So I decided to give Dave a try and I know after his team serviced my car it was a hell of a lot better than Mitsubishi.
I’ll definitely be back to ultra tune midland, very friendly and professional.

David at ultratune was very helpful and knowledgeable. Emergency brakes issue, got me in the following morning.
Ultra tune gave me a very thorough report as I requested, and waited for my confirmation before commencing with the work.
After being ripped off, lied to and overcharged at other garages over the years I was pleasantly surprised at the great service and very reasonable cost of my invoice.
Thanks guys, I will return when service is due.
