Used Ultra for a logbook service for the first time and they were great! The mechanic called me during the day and was very honest regarding the needs of the car, and they had the service done by the middle of the day!
They didn’t give me a quote of service until after the car had been dropped off, but fortunately they did not bludgeon any extra costs from me as a result

They found the problem to my faulty air con unit, ordered it and it was completed within a couple of days of ordering part.

Advised that I needed all front suspension arms replaced due to worn bushings at a cost of 2K Inspection at main dealer reported that all bushings were within acceptable limits.
