Ultra Tune Cannington

I've been using this store for a couple of years now. Fast efficient service and they have never tried to charge me for anything unnecessary. Today they washed my very dirty car while in for a service which is going above and beyond. Thank you to Jodie and the team at Cannington.

A trustworthy auto mechanic. Have been coming here for years with the cars, doesn't matter make, model or issue, Service is always perfect and on time, even better no rip-offs. Business is family run and owned.

Very pleasant experience.

200$ for servicing incl.oil filter change and oil change.

They called me multiple times during the servicing to make sure I wanted their services and to make sure they do the correct things. I had an oil leak and they said they would be able to fix it for a fixed cost and since I agreed to it, they immediately fixed it. Never had any oil leaking ever since (although they mentioned to observe since they wouldn't be able guarantee that there isn't a second leak - there wasn't).

Would go there again but moved to Sydney with my car. I gave them a whole bunch of things to check and they did it without increasing the service price. Thumbs up from me.

My high pressure power steering hose bounced out of its bracket and the hose began to rub a leaking hole off a sharp edge deep inside my engine bay.
I attempted to plug it up with another split hose clamped around it with 3 hose clamps. With no success.
For 2 weeks I trusted friend after friend after friend after friend to remove it and replace it as they all boasted they could do it.
Eventually I did what I should had done in the beginning and taken it to John at Ultra Tune.
The day I took it in he had it taken out, a new one made and replaced with new steering fluid, before lunch.
John is a brilliant mechanic!
I wish him all the very best!

I'd like to give 4.5 stars, I never give 100% because there's always room for improvement!
That being said, I will be returning if the vehicle needs further work, the people I delt with were very professional and helpful.

Ultra tune Cannington are very thorough, they even cleaned the interior. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Called Ultratune up to organise a window regulator replacement and was able to book for the next morning for $200 less than the next best price I was quoted ($350 less than some quotess). The price I was quoted was accurate and matched what I paid.

As always, great service. Spark plugs and leads changed over with 2 days notice. Friendly service and great family business. I'll keep coming back.

My battery went flat when I left the fan running during a carwash at the nearby Ampol. I walked over to Ultra Tune, their staff was super helpful, lent me their jump starter pack to get me back on the road, no fuss. Appreciate it!

Service was friendly and professional. They clearly explained what they would do. Car was ready on time and with air conditioner working perfectly again.

Took my car for a major service and they told me everything was fine, but when getting a second opinion turned out my radiator had several leaks, a hose and the radiator cap needed replacing and the radiator needed a full clean out. The second mechanic was horrified they hadn't checked anything, and didn't even bother to clean the engine.

Absolutely won't be going back again, and glad I decided to get a second opinion before my car overheated on the side of the road.

Complete waste of money as I ended up having to pay another mechanic to actually do the job.

My car was due for its regular service and the Cannington team picked up on other items that requires attending. The team is really friendly and always helpful. Cost effective never had an issue after service and if I have a breakdown or a simple query the team is always happy to have a quick look at it for me before needing/requiring a booking.

I booked my car in for a log book service, my second time as I was happy with the last service I had booked my car in for. The customer service reception staff member was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. My car was ready when I was told it would be, all good!

I've been going going to this branch since I was circa 18. They've always done an incredible job, so helpful when booking in & you have any concerns and always well priced. I live in Trigg now and drive to Cannington because I only trust them with my car.
