I saw a ugg on dfo and bought a pair of shoes. The salesperson Emma’s service attitude was super good! Super happy shopping

Emma's service is very good and very patient. I bought Ugg shoes, the price is very reasonable.

Good comment for their website. Better shop in website since there are much bigger discounts with fair price express fast delivery than the discount given by the shop (%5 off if walk-in customers give good comment, lol)

Stopped in on the way home from a FIFO flight and was expecting a shop rather than a kiosk but the very nice young lady there had what I wanted and at a good price as well. Then the EFTPOS went down which was the last thing that one needed after flying home from night shift. While waiting for that to reboot and I did suggest swearing at it or threatening it with a large hammer and a very nice conversation took place with great interest in what I did. All that I wanted to do was get a pair of UGG Boots and go home to bed but how she dealt with the problem and conversation really made my day! Keep it up you guys. The world needs more of this

In the end, spent almost an hour right here shopping for my Winterboots to get ready for my winter vacation. The staff here, Sophia was soooo nice. Love her!
