SAM from TYNOR never have up sourcing the products i needed after their own stock ran out. I am in Vic & that did not deter him from assisting to provide the service from W. A.
He kept me in the loop and updated every opportunity. He answered my many emails promptly and is patient, courteous, competent & knowledgeable.
Totally recommend this Company & will deal with in future. *****

I purchased a knee brace for my elderly mother in aged care. Before making the final decision on correct size, I contacted the support team. I was advised to go the medium as my mother's measurements were on the upper limit of small. So glad I ordered the medium. The physio tried it on her today and fits perfectly. I ordered one day and it arrived the next. Brilliant!

Purchased a Cool Pack Knee Wrap. The gel pack split after only a few uses. I thought for $130 I might get some sort of warranty or support. Nope nothing. Wont be buying from this mob again

Professional, dedicated staff with quality product. I bought the wrong item TWICE and the owner Sam went to alot of effort and fixed me up with the proper gear even out of hours and on weekends.
Sam is very understanding of your medical needs and he will look after you.

Hello, I would just to add my comments on one of your employees (Sam Singh.) I was having problems trying to rectify my order online with no luck from my end. Once I received my order there was a phone number to contact the company Tynor. And I got to speak to a wonderful gentleman named Sam Singh, and unfortunately, he informed me that there were no refunds given on items returned to Tynor and as a pensioner, I couldn't lose all this money So Sam told me to get someone to remeasure my wrist and biceps so I could borrow some money from a friend and place another order with Sam. He was so very helpful and courteous and a wonderful person to liaise with over the phone, and couldn't be more helpful. And as far as I can say there should be many, many, more Sam's in this world to look after people that encounter these issues from time to time.

Amazing service. Fantastic product. Recently I had an injury prior to preparing to travel for 3 months. My physio said I needed a hinged knee brace. As thrre was only 10 days to travel we tried to source a number of option and we had to return 3 braces as they did not fit or poor quality. With onky 4 days left i contacted Tynor on the other side of Australia they measured the device and checked the measurement, packed and sent it priority for next day delivery. Wow great service.great product.well done for going aboce and beyond.

Return policy is appalling. You can return anything UNLESS it has made contact with your skin. Which is pretty much everything advertised. I made a purchase after measuring myself according to the website and tried it on OVER my clothing so no contact with skin made but did not fit and I required a larger size (which I’ve purchased)

Still waiting for a response about a refund on the unsoiled, original packaged item.

I have purchased and utilised two different brace products from the company over the past few years and have been really pleased with their customer service and also impressed by the quality of their products.
Again just today I have been impressed by their wonderful customer service when asking a question via their website online chat feature. I was half expecting to get an automated bot reply but was extremely impressed to be acknowledged by a fellow human. ;-) lol

I required some compression clothing after some extensive surgery earlier in the year. I had trouble finding the right items but then stumbled upon the Tynor Australia website. Great website, great service, great online chat support and super fast postage. I'd especially like to thank Sam for his amazing service online today. I have a condition called NeuroBehcets disease which affects all types of vessels in the body, which in turn affects joints and muscles etc. My physiotherapist suggested I purchase a patella support which I could adjust myself. I was so pleased with my first brace I have purchased another to have on standby if the other is in the wash.

Firstly I have to congratulate the very fast delivery for my article. I wanted it fast so paid the $21 extra and I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived. From Perth to country Victoria in less than 24 hours.
Now the product has given me instant support and relief. It’s the Tynor hernia belt. I am yet to try it over a time especially when working. But I am confident in it as it feels so good and supportive already.

Quite possibly the best customer service I have received in years. Sam went out of his way to help us out and provide us with slings for my little man. Replied back to my messages out of business hours and went to the warehouse on the weekend so I had it asap. I will be forever grateful.

First time customer and just SO IMPRESSED with the service. I ordered my knee brace on Friday and it was delivered to my country South Australian address on MONDAY. Can you believe that?:)
The product is great and exactly what I ordered and is great value for the cost.
If this is how Tynor Australia does business, they deserve to be widely supported so I'm happy to spread the word.
They have a multitude of products so check them out if you have any knees or joints or other bits that have worn down or been overworked etc etc.
As a first time customer I am just so impressed. (Yes, I know I already said that.) :)
Oh. And they opted to send my package via TOLL Transport rather than AusPost toi get to me quicker but didn't charge me any extra for that.
Impressed?
