Twice Blessed Wellbeing Psychologists

Can't say much about the psychologist because I haven't seen them but the receptionist! Very rude! Not friendly or warm or welcoming at all! Put me off ever coming back. People are in a vulnerable state coming here as it is, don't need a nasty person to greet you when you walk in!

Been trying to reach them for the past couple of weeks and haven’t picked up any of my calls. Left a voicemail as well, been referred to them by the doctor which I’m not sure why they have referred me to them. Pathetic customer service

Warm welcome at 830 when they opened, I came in on Monday too. Receptionist was easy going & friendly, The person I saw was amazing, listened, interested & exactly what I hoping for. I was hesitant to go reading the other reviews but my experience was 10/10.

I had the most horrible experience here. Would not recommend at all. The psychologist I saw was so extremely unprofessional and talked about herself the entire time. I felt so much worse after my sessions. The receptionist is rude and is not helpful at all. This place needs to remember they are dealing with people who are struggling and a little kindness goes a long way.

I've seen several different psychologists here - but in general I find the psychologists are concerned about doing their jobs in a correct, professional and a helping manner and they know what they are doing. Although yes they are a bit far to travel to - they have been excellent especially if something has happened and I have to get in straight away. My current psychologist is a very nice person who is concerned with doing her job correctly and gives me strategies to deal with tricky situations and will support me in decision making within reason - I've wanted to see my brother in NSW and they have supported me in doing this and they have done a good job in doing that. I'm satisfied with this place because the psychologists are trained and have been around for awhile. Thank you twice blessed

Please don’t go here there unprofessional after 2 minute I was telling the psychiatrist that some people find my difficult to deal with some times after saying that she told me she does not want me there to leave now and that I’m to much of a problem that made me feel great on my first ever visit

Now I know why people do t ask for help
