Tutti Frutti reviews
32Many flavours Too many toppings, I came with my son and his friends, all are 8 year old, they loved the toppings and flavours, I loved watching children enjoying frozen yogurt. Great place to get away with kids. I enjoyed Mango flavour with mango chunks.
Avoid the lolly toppings. They've been sitting out for months and are as tough as old leather. The yoghurt was also semi frozen.
Just got rejected to use my loyalty card (one off from getting a free 200g cup as part of the offer) after buying another 4 cups for the kids (cost $39 a kilo). Not the best explanation that we cant use it for another month due to issues and why its not advertised or shown in store.
I have emailed the store pending to hear back.
Gift vouchers are a bit of a hook, it’s only for 100 grams.try measuring out 100 grams with a self serve system and children… haha $23 later
Great yogurt and loads of different toppings to be choose from. Was served by a lovely sales women - very nice and helpful and great with kids. The other sales girl was less helpful and not very kind toward the kids. In front of a 2 year old and a 4 year old called someone a ‘f*****g c**t’. Very expensive for the amount of yogurt given.
We went to tutti frutti at 9 pm and we had served up our yoghurt and once we got to the topping section all the toppings were not available, we asked the girl if we could use the lollies / chocolate toppings and she said no I already packed it away when we were there an hour before closing time. The lady was really rude and just on her phone, we ended up leaving our yoghurt. A bit disappointing as we love tutti frutti!
Poor presentation of toppings, fruit looked bad. The service was bad, they went on their phone before serving us. Flavours of yoghurt ok.
Love tutti frutti but the last 4-5 times I’ve been there, have had awful experiences. They are meant to close at 10, and I often come at around 9: 20 to find the store closed. When I speak to the workers inside, they say they close 40 minutes early so “they don’t get home too late” when the store is meant to be open until 10. This happens almost everytime I go. Why advertise open until 10 just for the selfish worker to prioritise their get home time? It’s a job. So irritated and dissapointing that this specific tutti frutti keeps hiring incompetent staff.
Walked in to a pigeon eating the crushed peanuts.there were fruit flies on the toppings and after shooing it the pigeon it cane back and walked in the toppings.
This is almost the 5th time iv come to tutti frutti on a WEEKEND NIGHT and at 9: 10pm tonight I arrived and the doors were completely shut, one of the ladies came to the door to tell me she needs to close this early in order to get everything finished, which is disgraceful. It says on your website 10. I should be able to come at 9: 55 and expect service. 9: 10? 50 minutes before it actually closes? That is a slap in the face, not to mention the fact that it’s already overpriced but I was willing to overlook that until it started closing at 9pm. The lady greeting me was rude and arrogant, she showed no compassion towards the fact that this store actually closes at 10pm and she was just too lazy to stay and work harder. No wonder this is one of the only tutti Frutties left in perth.
I traveled from Joondalup to try this frozen yogurt only to find the store was shut. I went at 2: 00pm on a Saturday and the store was marked as open when I checked the website. This is not acceptable to be honest!
My favourite place for dessert, really nice frozen yoghurt my favourite is the strawberry popping pearls. Add as many toppings as you like, huge variety to choose from.
Me and my friend bought fro yo at around 7: 40pm and as we walk to the car we realise the yogurt has melted extremely fast, not like it usually does as we get tutti frutti all the time, so we return right away to the store. When we get back we ask if there is any compensation for the melted yogurt, if we could at least get a new one or get a refund and one of the girls with black hair, I think is a trainee, was just extremely rude about the whole situation and kept shutting down all of our options and at first refused to contact the manager. They said they couldn’t give us refunds or contact the manager. They ended up calling the manager and she tells him lies about the situation, then he says we can get free yogurt and so I ask the trainee girl if we can get it tomorrow instead when the machine isn’t so “over worked” and she didn’t even ask him she just shut us down and told us no? The other girl with short hair was very nice though. I have the whole conversation on video.
A great range of flavours and toppings, I just found the frozen yoghurt a little bland and not worth the price
Went tonight and grabbed a lolly to put on top and a cockroach crawled out. The worker said "this happened last week too". Clean your store and get some hygiene measures please.
This store has a great rotating range of flavours, yummy toppings and friendly staff. It is paid by weight so can be a little pricey if you overfill your cup, but it’s always worth it for me! I really appreciate the posters next to the flavours showing the flavour information, including the dairy-free options, yum!
Tutti Frutti is always an easy place to get fro yo from, you just take a cup, pour as much fro yo as you want, they weight and then you pay! Mine are always under $20 for a heap of fro yo including toppings
Love Fro Yo but not happy with the staff. Last time when we visited the store we had to wear mask and the girl was very rude towards my Husband and was not happy to help. We had to ask her 3 times to assist as she was just standing behind the counter, they need to be trained how to handle customers and keep them happy with service.
Honestly I felt like I was getting ice cream as a charity
Was there on Saturday night. The team member was really friendly and provided an amazing service.
Grim, staff didn't even care about all the flies on all the toppings.
Probably should rename it the flyatorium.
