Visited with my friends this evening. Slow and dead service, food was below average. Staff behind counter having a chat the whole time. Plenty of room for improvement

Turquoise Wanneroo exceeded my expectations! The bottomless breakfast was a delightful feast, and the staff was not only friendly but also exceptionally accommodating. Fast service, tasty food, and a charming ambience make it a perfect morning spot. The kind of place you want to share on Instagram to spread the good vibes. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

I am anaphylactic to treenuts. I ordered eggs Benedict. This is usually a safe option for me to eat and it did not state that it contained nuts on the menu.

The meal came and it was covered in a yellow seasoning I didn’t recognise. When I asked what it was, I was told it was dukkah (made from mixed nuts). I asked the manager to bring me a new meal without the dukkah and suggested that it needs to be specified on the menu that this meal contained nuts.

She brought out the second plate and I found at least 6 pieces of dukkah on this plate as well. Incredibly scary and disappointing that this happened a second time.

I then asked for a refund which was granted but I didn’t receive an apology. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel as though the severity of the situation was quite understood. As I have anaphylaxis, I could have died had I consumed this meal.

We also witnessed a large umbrella fall on another table, knocking a coffee on to a man’s lap. The staff didn’t notice until we sent a waitress over the assist.

I am usually not one to leave negative reviews but this was an incredibly stressful situation. I just hope it doesn’t happen again as it could have been a lot worse if I had consumed the meal.

Service staffs were a little forgetful but overall we had a great time. Kids really loved the Biscoff Waffles and we all enjoyed. Thanks guys X

Such a slay, $35 per person is actually worth it considering that it was just me and my partner. We couldn't even finish it and i was afraid that they won't have take away boxes but they actually did have some for us to take the rest of our food:) Staff were so niceeee and the place is so aesthetic. Slay to the lively staff todayyyyyy! U guys are amazing

Absolutely love coming into this cafe! The staff are so welcoming and kind I make effort just to come in and grab my coffee -which is also the best around!

Would not recommend the food was actually disgusting we left feeling sick. The appearance and the way they present it made it look amazing, however it was close to inedible. We ordered the big breakfast and left most of it on the plate as it was disgusting. The waffles were actually gross, the avocado was packed on with tomatoes, greenery & mushrooms - actual food you think you're paying for was minimal for the price. Extremely over priced for what you get. Staff were nice, cafe is appealing in its interior, however do not waste your time or money here. Will not ever be going back or recommending to anyone. Been here twice, gave it a second chance and never again.

Turquoise cafe wanneroo lacks Atmosphere, good customer service & flavour. Wait staff didn’t engage with our table at all, other than to take our order, no specials were given or water offered…. The music was low to non existent, the lights were bright & the over all appearance lacks any hints of creating an atmosphere at all. The Mexican platter had zero flavour & wasn’t even worth consuming, not a Mexican spice in site!
All in all this place is very disappointing

Set up is very nice, very pretty.
The breakfast platter is awesome!

But service is not very good. Waiters need more training or hire more staff.
After emailing to complain of the odd amounts on the platter and bad service, they sent a voucher to use. So I went back and used the voucher for the bottomless option of $49 each. Service was still not good, only had refills once for the 2 hours. And I also wasn't given the free bottle of prosecco. I emailed and have not had a response unfortunately.

We had the beef cheeks, the duck, lamb rack and the Moroccan salad and all had a very high yummy factor.staff were friendly, happy and helpful.we will definitely be back.

Michael was a great host to us and the food was amazing. Well done Turquoise, you gave us a great night out.

We recently visited the new Turquoise Cafe in Wanneroo for brunch, located next to the Wanneroo Central Shopping Centre.
The venue has plenty of seating indoors and a variety of spots to sit outdoors.

We did not opt for the OG Breakfast platter this time, another visit maybe, as it does look good! Our order today included -
• Breakfast Bun
• Eggs on toast
• The Benedicts with mushrooms
• Wild Thyme Mushrooms with bacon
And of course a variety of delicious coffees.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. We must return and sample the Lunch/Dinner menu.
