Turkish Kitchen Gosnells

We ordered full chicken and rice but received quarter chicken. We confronted them but then they said that they don’t have full chicken mind that it is 26 dollars. Waste of money and honestly a scam.

For New Year's Eve, I took my partner out for dinner to a Turkish kitchen restaurant Unfortunately we had bad experiences at this place, customer service was very bad, very unprofessional, unwelcoming manners, and very rude. While they were taking our orders. Ordered two kebabs with the lots and all we got was stale lettuce, and stale tomato, and the bread was dry and too small to wrap properly. When we unwrapped it everything came apart, all they gave us was full of lettuce and tomato with cheese and no meat, no sauce. After couple off bits it made as sick. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone food and health inspection is needed for this restaurant.

Second bad experience in the last month, definitely will not return.
The girl behind the till was grumpy and arrogant, we did not feel welcomed and we were the only customers at the time.
For the second time we did not get what we ordered, and for the second time the food was average.

Meatbox is not worthy I had before in other turkish restaurants but in here you'll get less meat.
Don't recommend totally waste of money.

I ordered 2 chicken kebabs and 1 chicken meat box with salad. They forgot to put cheese in kebabs and salad in meat box. Chicken was also not cooked well was smelling. Very bad experience

I ordered a chicken meat box. However, I had a few issues. The online price was different from what I was charged in person, which was confusing. When I mentioned this to the staff, they were rude.
Moreover, the chicken meat box I got had too many chips and not enough meat for the price I paid. This made it feel like I didn't get my money's worth. Overall, my visit was disappointing because of the price difference, the rude staff, and the lack of meat in the chicken box. I wouldn't recommend this shop to others based on my experience.

Nice atmosphere… the food was nice I got two kebab’s with cheese $36 a little pricey in my opinion but food was nice enough! Also got a mixed meat box large which was $21 my boys loved it

Kebabs are very good but there are times where the phone doesn't get answered & you have to drive there to order in person or through Uber Eats.

Samsun pide apparently comes with mostly spinach and a few microscopic pieces of meat at this place. Or maybe that's just what my people get.

What a joke, they want to charge $6 extra from the listed price

Lucky, I checked it before I tapped my card. I been told extra $6 is for sauce

The state of these chips speak for themselves. There is no reason I should have been served these chips considering I was waiting over half an hour for my order. I ordered 2 shish kebabs as well and it was not communicated to me that it takes time to cook so I was standing around waiting wondering why no one was around and making my order. And these chips obviously was cooked too late and was clearly rushed. Inedible

I feel bad to leave this review because the gentlemen (he wasn’t who initially served me) was apologetic for me waiting around but to have waited for that long and to come home to this left a very bad taste in our mouth

Worst kebab iv ever had didn't listen to a thing and burnt all the meat, one of them's all salad no meat. Yuck! $71 wasted

Prices are too high for the low quality and quantity of the food, definitely save your money and don't eat here

Unhygienic food preparation, do not use gloves. The unfriendly staff especially in the nighttime.

One man behind the counter and busy but had under control and to have a great personality is a plus️ First time there and must say we enjoyed the meat lover pizza and the mixed meat box the lot (could do with a bit more cheese) Thank you and we will be back.

Went there tonight and asked if the ribs were fresh cooked today. The guy in charge said yes but infact the lamb ribs were so bad.we couldn't even pull the meat of the bone it was so tough. I think my dog would of had a hard time eating it. I told the guy in charge and he said he doesn't care.he already had the money and if I didn't like it I should just leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I just ordered Chicken Biryani. After have been waiting for about 45 minutes, I am really disappointed.
The biryani rice doesn't taste anything at all, not even salt they put. The oil smell from LAMB.
I tried to call on the phone, but of course failed!
Don't buy from this restaurant!
I want REFUND!
