Great service! Came recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Lee turned up within an hour to clear our drains from a recurring root blockage and followed up with a quote for annual treatment.

Highly recommended. My place was attended by Leigh Petit. He was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a choked kitchen sink and each time I used my dishwasher, we would get weird 'cluck' sounds coming from the pipes. He explained to us what was causing it and proceeded to do his magic. Tldr; Tunnel Vision did a great job that I was very happy with

We had a drain blockage that was a tricky job as one outlet was underneath paving outside the laundry and the other was 70m or more away hidden under the bricks and bitumen of the new (and old) drive. To complicate things further there was no 'flimsy' (a map of pipes that is meant to be on the Water Corporation site)

We had already tried 2 plumbers who both did their best, but neither had the equipment to be able to locate the second outlet, although they did manage to unblock the drain temporarily

From Tunnel Vision first Lee came round who didn't have a long enough camera pipe but was determined that he wasn't going away until he'd unblocked it for us and then arranged for Phil to come with a long enough camera and dug up the drive to find the problem (tree roots blocking the outlet where the original installer from years ago hadn't put the cap on properly). He cleared the roots and put in 'up pipes'. Finally he arranged for Brendan to come round to put in covers and redo the paving and left it 'like new' and also so that it would be easily accessible if it ever got blocked again

All three were very professional, worked hard and explained what was going on as they went

It was a bit pricey, but considering how long they were here and the equipment involved pretty good. They also explained in a detailed letter before they started what their hourly rates were so there were no surprises there.

So, all in all very happy

The team sent to complete the work are a great team to have at my house to fix my issues. It was a pleasure to see them and interact. The site was left clean and tidy every day on completion

Called in with a blocked sewerage system in the morning and had the drain cleared and back in service quickly with no fuss by early afternoon. Didn't know i had a problem until i had a house full of School holiday visitors staying with me. Fast effective service. Well done

The Council of Owners at this block of apartments had for some time been concerned about the old clay water waste disposal pipes underground and the galvanised service piping to each unit. Now after employing the Tunnel Vision video recording technique, and a detailed site plan, we now are enabled to make more constructive decisions on any future or current repair work. This now forms a permanent record for ongoing maintenance.

For the last 12 months i have had plumbing nightmares at my place in Leeming Perth. 5 x blocked sewer line in 12 months due to pipe displacement and tree roots penetrating the pipes.i received some bad advise from a local plumbing company and tried to dig out the sewer line myself, which in the process destroyed my back yard and was a disaster. Called in the guys from tunnel vision and they identified the exact point which needed repairs.the plumbers were very nice guys, very helpful and professional and did a great job.i couldn't be happier and now can flush my toilet without fear its going to come up thru my kitchen sink.happy days
