I travel an hour + to visit this gym because cannot find anywhere near as good in my area, the family feel is there from day and they are constantly going above and beyond.
I cannot recommend True Grit and their trainers more

This locally owned gym is amazing, They treat you like family not just a number. The first 5 classes are free, there is Muay Thai, Boxing, HIIT, Personal Training in all areas, 8 Week Challenges, as well as a fully stocked combat shop on site. If you want results or want to learn authentic Muay Thai this is the place to be. They have 2 Thai trainers that have been sponsored directly from Thailand with approx. 500 fight between them. I walked into the gym a year ago not knowing a single person and have not looked back. I find everyone very friendly, the Thai trainers are amazing and very friendly and funny. The staff are always happy to help and most people who use the gym are will say hello or give you a smile. Chantel has given me a new way at looking after myself and my body, excerise is no longer a chore, I look forward to going to the gym.

Came here for a couple of free classes to try out mauythai. Gym very clean and big. Didn't like the culture, it seemed a bit clicky and people were standing around swearing and I felt very uncomfortable. Car park not big enough.
