Dr Prempeh is the best. Really listens and has an awesome sense of humour! And he goes out of the way to help you.

I would not recommend Dr Mikhail he was so very rude and condescending and very be littling as if I was wasting his time when I just wanted a few blood tests due to personal and family history and refused one of them I already have no faith in most drs miss diagnosis for my endo and ongoing issues just makes me distrust them even more so unprofessional if your looking for dr who doesn’t care and wanted to be felt unheard and that your dumb then I’d say go to him

The experience here is not good. 9.15am appointment waited with my toddle for 1 hour.nurses are very slow with patients. They should put more nurses in busy times.

The receptionist (Kimi) was very rude to me, twice I have been into the practice and thought the first time was just a one off but the second she has been the same (rude) with an attitude. I was trying to be reasonable and polite as I am but don’t appreciate being rudely spoken to for no reason! Be better!

If I could give 0 stars I would, cause I cannot believe how rude the doctor was that I seen Mr Mckal or however you spell it, so unprofessional and rude I waited there for an hour and then got told that I have to come back with documents because he couldn’t be bothered bringing them up on his screen for me.he was acting as if I was wasting his time after I just waited an hour and this is what he is paid to do! So now I have to go to the library print off a piece of paper make an appointment wait another hour and then get him to fill it out! All because he didn’t want to put it up on his computer, which would take five seconds and do it for me which is paid to do! I am so furious beyond belief.

Reception staff and Practice Manager are rude and very unhelpful. This clinic really needs to find staff who are happy and enjoy their job instead of being miserable every day and unwilling to help patients. You're clearly in the wrong industry.

My wife took my 9 year old son to see a doctor at Trinity without an appointment. Unfortunately my wife was greeted by a very rude receptionist (an older lady) that clearly doesn’t have any interest in customer service. We could not make a booking as they weren’t answering their phone and the MessageBank was full.
The fortunate part was a short wait to see the very friendly doctor visiting from the Kimberley.

Since moving to Kalgoorlie in June 2018 I have found the reception team ever so helpful kind friendly and professional in their approach. My GP is attentive a great listener and gives positive medical advise and support. Thank you Trinity Medical for the great service you provide your clients and the community at large.

My Dr is Dr Primpei. I love this man.he always goes out of his way to accommodate me. I'm glad he is not on that online booking system anymore as it was hard to get an appointment with him.
PEOPLE if you need a good thorough Dr he is the man.

The staff should be careful in patient’s name. I book for an appointment for my in law. I told the lady I spoke with that he’s never been to trinity before and he is just a tourist so I wanted to book for a general consultation only. I even asked her how much will it cost as he doesn’t have a medical care because he is a tourist only. Now when we came in for our appointment, we found out that it has been booked through my partner’s name (he has a medicare and he’s an australian). How did i found it? Well the gp’s calling my partner’s name instead of my inlaw. I didn’t get mad at all as maybe their name sounds similar. But then, when the gp gave the pathology request, we’ve been caught up as the staff from pathwest is calling someone else’s name. Totally different patient! So I have to came back to Trinity to asked for a new request with a right name. It’s really annoying! They should be bery careful as their dealing with someone’s health! And their putting it in a wrong name? !

A million times better than Boulder Medical Centre.
2 minute wait vs 55 minute wait in BMC
