The pharmacists and staff are always very polite and helpful. The prices for prescriptions are consistently cheaper than other pharmacies. Wait times for prescription preparation are quick. The pharmacy is well stocked and I have very rarely had to have my medication ordered in, if this does happen it usually arrives the next day.

I recently visited Trinity Discount Drug Store, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The pharmacist at Trinity Discount Drug Store went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service and care. Their kindness and compassion were evident from the moment I stepped through the doors. They patiently listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions with utmost sincerity. Their extensive knowledge and expertise were invaluable in guiding me through my medication needs. The pharmacist's genuine empathy and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I left the pharmacy feeling supported and grateful.

Best pharmacy service. Store is neat n clean. Staff are friendly with great smile always, very professional, and incredibly helpful. If you’re after quality advice, this pharmacy have the time and effort for you, unlike those other places that just focus on high turnover.
Also, their prices are very competitive compared to many other pharmacy around.

Recently I had to double up on a script as I was flying away for two weeks and when I mean double up. I mean literally 6 tablets.the Indian lady thought her degree if it is Australian of course thought that included a medical practitioner as well and refused to provide them to me on a ligitimate script by a real doctor.it's absolutely appalling and will be notifying the pharmacy board my experience on other goods once question they have know idea what they are talking about although polite.they advertise they cover all PBA when they clearly don't if they are not making enough money out of it.stick to petrol stations

I used to make trips to chemist warehouse in joondalup to avoid other chemist's poor pricing, but this place has both a friendly service and low pricing!

I have always thought this was a Fantastic chemist always low prices and wonderful people that assist with all of my concerns.
A week ago i was in the city working and after talking with people about diabetes. I insisted my 17 year old son drop in there and get tested they helped my son beyond there job my son had a really bad reading and the wonderful gentleman run to the doctors next door and got them to see my son straight away. My son had to be taken to hospital and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes he was at the point that he could have collapsed at anytime and I could have lost him. I will always be so grateful for trinity discount drug store for all their help with my son. They will always be my chemist and I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for the care u took of my child I am so grateful for u being their.

It's great to have a discount pharmacy this close and reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the service and everyone who works there are helpful and friendly.
