A seriously good store. They don't mind how much time you take, will lend the shoes (for indoor wear), will advise about trails, shoes (especially), clothing, and even how to navigate their carpark!

Dropped in here to purchase some trail shoes, vest and bits and pieces a few weeks ago, as i have signed up for Margaret River as my first trail run. Range was great and the gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable. However, him mentioning my "stature" at least three times while trying on vests was a bit much. Left me feeling that they cater for more a "typical" type runner than those of us on the larger side of life.

Exceptional customer service. They reply to emails very quickly and sorted out my warranty issue without any dramas at all. Wayne is a champion + I would highly reccomend purchasing from this store.
