Jeremy and the team are fab! So personable! Best bike team shop I have been too! We have been there 4 times in the same month they were that good!

I just recently bought the new Madone Gen 7 and I have to say, Jeremy and Tom could not do enough for me.
Three times I have been back so far for minor adjustments and still as welcome as the first day I walked in the door. Customer service at its best!

For me personally when buying something new it's all about the experience and Jeremy and his team did not fail to deliver.
In this particular case ordering a project one bike meant a lot of time was spent choosing colour combinations and making sure we got it right. There was never any pressure from Jeremy to speed up the process and he was able to confidently answer any questions I had about the build process.
In the end I can honestly say that the final result was epic.

My husband recently was fortunate to buy his ultimate dream bike. It was a long process, with him agonising over colour choice for MONTHS! He made regular visits to the Joondalup Trek store discussing, and rediscussing his options. At that point, it was still just a dream. Regardless, Trek Joondalup greet him with enthusiasm and answered his endless questions happily.

When finally came the day that we could order the bike, Trek Joondalup helped us organise a little surprise party in-store for him, and joined the celebration as if it were their own bike!

When the bike arrived, the level of enthusiasm in the store was amazing. For my husband, purchasing this bike has been a journey, and this team made it epic for him from the start.

Anytime I went into the store, for any reason, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to help, knowledgeable and happy to ask a colleague if they weren’t sure.

This is a group of people who clearly love what they do, and do it well. If you want great customer service, an excellent bike (or accessories) and great servicing, this team are for you. Jeremy, you are a superstar. Thank you.

Just bought a bike here from Benny. Knowledgeable and genuine sales rep/bike technician who was genuine and honest which is what I want.
Bikes are quality with solid components. Better to spend the money and get something quality then have issues later which will cost even more $$$.

I have purchased a new top Fuel and new Emonda bikes through Trek Joondalup and had a warranty claim on my 2011 Trek hardtail carbon mountain bike, Jeremy and the guys at the shop have been fantastic never a problem happy to explain everything and the warranty outcome on the hardtail even though 10 years old i was extremely happy, Trek have been fantastic and backed their product. I was immediately attended to and, despite taking up two hours of Tom's time, he was a pleasure to deal with and I believe both Tom and Jeremy (owner) had my best interests in mind. Would definitely go again. I bought a Marlin 5 with accessories.

I went into this store last Sunday. Was in the store for at least 20mins. Was not greeted not offered any service and ignored by all staff members. Congratulations I'm never going back to your store.

Walked into purchase my first MTB and they were flat out and had no bikes assembled but they still managed to squeeze it in and have one ready within 20mins. Very happy customer, bunch a good blokes. Cheers
