Interviewing for a job in Western Australia in the 2023 Winter & Spring, this is the only company so far that clearly prioritised quality of communications in the recruitment process, with a balanced mix of technology, human relationship, and realistic expectations. What they didn't do:

- Ask me to attend an in-person interview to ask about key skills/experience that were not mentioned in the job ad.
- Surprise me with interview questions best suited for AI to answer. I.e. Within seconds, provide a summarised response after sifting through years’ worth of work details that are not top of mind.
- Withold salary information in the job ad.
- Advertise a salary range when only the lower end is available.
- Pretend to be bigger.
- Claim without unbiased proof that they are the best at something.
- Require that I manually fill in a generic multi-page application profile to complement the standard CV and cover letter.
- Advertise a contract job in the guise of a permanent role.

Not punctual on interview. They don't Introduce themselves as recruitment agency during first talk. Interviewed you and record you. Never expected this. So dissapointing because just wasted my time.
