Terrible. Worst management I’ve ever seen at a school or business. Wouldn’t let my eldest son go to the week long school camp, the only one in his grade not to go, but wouldn’t provide a teacher when we tried to send him to school. Refused to reimburse tuition for the week he was unable to attend and no teacher was available. Security guard threatened to carjack my vehicle when partner was driving (with our youngest son was in the backseat) when trying to collect the older kids from the Kiss and Drop after it was collection time. Partner feared for her safety from the threat. Raised a complaint about it to the school management, but blame was all put onto my partner. Informed via letter for my partner to behave or our children’s enrolment will be terminated. Simply put, school management is supportive of security guards threatening you and your children and if you raise an issue you’re the problem. Various communication issues such as emails not being sent, etc. Not informed when my kids get injured. Invest your children’s education, safety and happiness, as well as your hard earned cash, at a school that cares about your children. Can absolutely guarantee my children will be punished by the school management for my raising of this complaint.

Very frustrated, as a parent or 3 boys who go to this school. I had to email them 4 times over the time of 4 weeks to get somebody to call me. This is not a one off, I asked for other calls regarding 3 way meetings that I could not attend from the schools teachers and 2 months later I am still yet to receive any calls. I emailed the IT department with a simple request and 2 weeks later I am still waiting to receive a call. It turns out my son has been put on a special learning program without any notice to me and I am not the only parent that this has happened to either.

Shocking communication, especially from a premium school, however, I did get one phonecall today, and the lady I spoke to said they are understaffed and not able to cope with the workload. I am yet to hear back regarding my other two simple requests.

Finally, the software they use "SEQTA" it outdated and gives more false notifacations than real ones and makes it very hard to support your children.

A great school, a difficult teaching experience during COVID 2020 but there are some excellent female and male leaders within technologies and science. Sadly, like all schools the leadership team were heavily loaded with many aspects of the job to cover.

Two essential components are missing - more educational assistants are needed for the low end students. A steady support system for new staff.

I am very grateful to have met some truly inspirational teachers at Tranby. Ultimately, that will assist both staff, students and community alike. Thank you for reading.

I have been at this school for a while now and during the numerous principals we have had, it is like they had done nothing compared to the principal we have now. She has improved the school so much. There are far too many improvements to list down. All I can say is thank you.

The school has so many subjects and opportunities to offer for students. The teachers are lovely and always ready to help. The state of the art reception building is amazing and the renovations have helped the school in the best ways possible.

The school has so much to offer, it is such an amazing school to attend. The teachers are lovely and the facilities are great. I enjoy being a student at this school.

We moved back from the country to come to this school as it use to be great. When we came we had 3 new principles in 3 years. With to many kids in one class because they were going to build extra classes but then they didn’t. The newest principle refuses to discuss issues we have with our son due to a teacher letting him fall behind because she though and in her words he was just being lazy. Even though I had gone in and said he is unable to read and a do work they were giving him at home. He has Writing on his work I’m disappointed with you when he was not capable of writing much. He was given no other way of presenting his work. My daughter is a grade A student but If you have another child that needs a little help this is not the school for you. It’s keep up or fall behind and they think they are above discussing it with you. We were told they are a privet school and don’t get funding to help so on top of our 3 kids school fees we would have to help him on our own outside of school. I wasn’t going to go public with this but after the school saying we could see the principal then dragging it out for moths, us waiting to be given an appointment time only for them to change there mind! With not a care in the world. I will now be showing every one our son portfolio with the Inappropriate comments on his work, I will be telling our story. Most people who see his work are in complete shock that they didn’t think something was wrong.
