Cassandra was fantastic, had a lot of real in depth knowledge on health and safety legislation and created a great, supportive environment to learn and contribute in. She went above and beyond would definitely recommended her for facilitating training courses.

This week I completed a HSR course at TSA in Mt Lawley. I had an passionate and captivating teacher Cassandra, who delivered in-depth course content that helped guide me throughout. Cass facilitated our team in becoming empowered in our new role and as a result expert problem solvers within the OHS realm.

The content provided was highly applicable across all work disciplines and the knowledge I’ve gained from the 5 day course has been invaluable.

Cass, the course trainer, is a true people person and passionate about the safety and well-being of all in and out of the workplace. I attend University and I can comfortably say she was the best lecturer/teacher I’ve ever had. I was so engaged and excited about turning up to each class and her methods that facilitated all learning styles was the best I’ve ever experienced.

Thank you TSA for providing a teacher and course that has provided me with a valuable set of skills and strategies and contribute strongly towards growing on my learning journey and career. I also made an abundant of new friends on the course and each person on the course are friends for life.

Very grateful to be given the opportunity to attend and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at becoming a HSR at their place of work or interested in OHS at the workplace to attend Cass’ health and safety rep course at Mt Lawley TSA.

A great trainer in Rae. Very professional and we'll delivered. Poor facilities though so bring your own lunch. They will say it's because of Covid.

All the topics you have went thru with TSA from delivering the workplace instructions and the carrying out workplace assessment. How to apply these during training delivery and ensuring as well that the candidates are learning, enjoying and do not feel aloof nor embarrass and constantly be actively engage (always the hard bit) during the training period.

I completed my Cert IV in Training and Assessment, the Cert IV upgrade and Address Adult LLN at Training Services Australia, TSA maintains extremely high standards, their facilitators are highly experienced and very professional, combined with great facilities makes TSA a fantastic training centre.

I went here for an upgrade on TAE.considering it was quite a heavy course I found it ironic in an “adult learning” environment that we were not authorised to take coffee into the classroom with us, for fear we’d spill it on the carpet.
The lunch provided continually ran out with no staggering of groups and limited space to stand or place our plates down. To minimise the bottleneck some opted in attempting to leave the room to which they were told to return, again I continued to hear mumbles of contempt from others on the policies.
Initially I supplied feedback in a respectful manner as requested at the end of the course to only receive a call months later to receive a thanks but no thanks reply.
Apparently coffee stains carpet and when highlighting this is ridiculous considering they could implement lids must be utilised, I was given a poorly delivered excuse using safety as a barrier regarding walking down stairs holding on to something.again when I mentioned people utilised the stairs whilst carrying other objects and a similar situation could occur it reverted back to the carpet excuse.
I’m quite annoyed, I would rather not have received a call especially one that supplies an unbelievable thanks for the feedback with an underlying tone of you’re wrong and we won’t consider options.
The training was long winded with minimal classroom work completed resulting in a significant amount of work required outside the training. I empathise requirements to pass require demonstration of understanding however this was not an efficient use of time or resources.
Wouldn’t recommend this joint as far as I could kick it.

I was absolutely blown away by how interactive and engaging the course was. Nicole Dennis was a brilliant trainer who kept my attention for the full 3 days. A very professional organization that is approachable and determined to enhance every learners ability to further their own skills.

Would have to say Trevor and Samia have stuck with me and given me the utmost support in assisting me to finish my Cert IV in WHS. When I was about to throw it all in as was struggling they gave me the encouragement and support to get stuck into it and complete the assignments. So happy to know them and have them work with them both. TSA are very lucky to have people like this in their organisation and I have no hesitation in recommending TSA for any course to trained in at the most proffessional way possible. Thank you TSA.

TSA really set the standard for RTO's in Perth. They are a professional outfit that only focuses on doing what they know and doing it well. They're training courses are engaging and facilitated very well by very experienced trainers. I have not had a bad experience with them in any way. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I have recently completed my Cert4 in leadership and Management through TSA and just wanted to say a big thank you.

I have done a lot of training courses over the years for my job and this certificate is by far the most useful and enjoyable that I have done. It was very relevant to my occupation at Ranger Drilling and have already put into practice some of the skills I have learnt.

T. S. A have the best training facilities I have come across and you just cant go wrong with providing free lunches as well.

The trainers I had in Jennifer, Amanda and Lisa were wonderful. They were all very knowledgeable, always had the attention of the class, were very helpful while always making the classroom fun and enjoyable.
