Great trainers and assessors that are very thorough with the theoretical and practical training, especially Brett who has a lot of experience in heavy plant. The biggest downfall is the lack of machinery available for the large class sizes, amount of classes and amount of students. Some days you are lucky to get 15 minutes per 8 hr day in a machine.
