Toyworld Mandurah

Just paid 100 for a product advertised elsewhere for less than 70. Paid in cash and when I realised I wasn't getting any change I said sorry didn't realise it was that much. Still in the shop receipt in hand and was refused refund! @

Terrible service, we got sold a product that didn’t work and only got told to contact the manufacturer, they weren’t willing to help in any way. Way over priced and the quality is very poor

Very friendly helpful staff. They set up a scooter to see if my son liked it before I spent the money on it. Good atmosphere and great range of products.

Went yesterday for a scooter part, the lady was really helpful behind the counter as I didn’t know part size. She went above and beyond to help but unfortunately unable to find size and part. Even though we didn’t buy anything she was friendly and five star customer service. Will be returning and telling friends and family.

Staff are honestly the nicest people you can meet, excellent choices and always has stuff that other stores don’t get.

It was so nice to just wander. So much to choose from. Service was with a smile and even wrapped my present. Loved it

Very rude and aggressive when politely questioned why their prices were higher than the Toyworld website. Staff need anger management training.

The team at this store have gone above and beyond to help me every time I'm in the store as I have trouble finding the right items for family and friends gifts they also help out with making sure i get the best price they can give me! Well done guys should be a 10/10 not just 5 stars for the amazing service:)

Good old Toyworld hasn't changed much since I was a kid very big store with all your child's or big kids toys. 5 stars.

Lots of awesome City LEGO to choose from, just a shame I don't have more money right now. I need roads and train tracks which they don't have in stock at the moment and the base plates are actually dearer than Big W which is a shame. Good to see more City LEGO than all the other stuff that outdates.

It's great to see they finally have the Lego NES kit in stock but they need to show the prices of the kits or put it on the boxes, it's a guessing game at the moment.

These guys are always so nice and they have a really good range of toys and puzzles.the staff are very happy to help and will order things in if they don’t have them.they even helped me to wrap a present when I was running late so I am very happy with there service.

Excellent friendly service who will bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction! Quality toys for kids all ages, that will last longer that department store cheapies.my grandkids always insist on going there now on our shopping days and i think that they are right!

Staff are friendly, store is clean and well stocked. My aunt was able to phone the store from NSW and organise for me to pick up a gift card for my son

Best toy shop in Mandurah. Probably more expencive that the dump china prduct chains in the mall across the street but who cares when you can actually find something to buy.

New Owners, prices are now much lower & more inline with major retail stores (BigW, Kmart, etc). They do a 6 month lay-by (as standard & you can make payments over the phone). Range is much more extensive & I've found the toys I was after. The staff were so helpful & even looked up to see if they could order in what I was chasing.

The lady staff over here is super friendly and helpful. I love this place. I frequently visit here. Plenty of toys here.

Toyworld is the best. I'm sure people like me walk around the toy sections of other stores saying what happened to the variety I remember. It's at toyworld

Shop a little dated but the service is top notch. Sharon should be in a theme park for kids she is so good with them.
