6Nice staff, big selection of toys to choose from in the shop. There is also a lucky dip, which is really fun for little kids! Overall I do recommend this store (compared to the other one) for toy shopping.
Tried to return a toy that was not working, the lady at the sales desk said that was why it was on sale, tried to charge me extra for a battery that was meant to be included in the toy. Very rude and mocking.
We were looking for games to play while in town and I found this. I had one as a kid and it definitely made the game more fun and unpredictable
Very impressed with the range of toys, even toys that brought me back to my early childhood. Large stock of all toys, and lets the most grown up person feel like a kid again. Helpful staff also make it great!
She runs a child’s toy shop and screams at kids for trying to open toys. Obviously my wife was going to pay for it. Yelling at 3 year olds and making them cry is woeful. Probably shouldn’t be working with children.
Would give it more but over shops closing before the the rosted opening hrs almost an hour before there closing time i do loke the shop but come on
