Well organised store with a great deal of variety. Friendly staff and service, highly recommended.

Just had the best experience with a young Lady by the name of Hely. She was so attentive and helpful beyond belief. Thanks to her I will be purchasing an item tomorrow. Seriously she should get recognition for outstanding customer service.

OMG! Amazing! So many toys, so much stock. Staff are incredibly helpful. If I had one teeny tiny piece of constructive criticism, it would be that a inventory or floor plan of where to find certain products wouldn't go astray. Otherwise, Toymate gets my tick of approval.

I don't understand why they don't have AfterPay instore, everywhere else does.
Very strange business decision, it certainly has cost them a lot of money from me recently.

Very odd, some great toys, amazing staff but you can only use zip in store and Afterpay online, but not click and collect and items online get sent from over east even if the local store has them, how environmentally disastrous is that!

Seems corporate is more interested in other things than in customer satisfaction and environmental impact.

If you are looking for perfect gift for kids birthday party, this is the right place. So many options, well sorted, affordable price and good quality.

Ok good variaties and affordable also they have promotions going on. But they don't have gift wrapping service.

I went to Toymate cannington to return one of the items without a receipt as my daughter threw them away. I paid cash the hence, had difficulty finding the receipt but the Mika in the counter was really helpful to find my actual receipt and to provide me a refund.
I was really impressed. Thank you for the best customer service.

Called to see if they a a particular Nerf Gun. I gave the model and part numbers. He said we have a lot of them. So we drove 40 minutes to Cannington only to be told we never stock that model.

Many items not priced. Makes it harder to sh I p to a budget. And what is priced seems high.even higher than a couple of weeks ago for same items.

I usually buy all my grandkids presents from the cannington store never had a problem until today when I went on their (cannington) website to see if they have afterpay they say they do but I phoned first so I didn't go all the way there only to find out they don't do afterpay instore this is a total inconvenience as there's alot customers out there that can't get zip pay or have the cash on hand but have afterpay.

Nathan was lovely, love the place, it could easily be an activity place for kids, let them run around have fun and let them be tired, then put them in the car to take them home and let them sleep. Wish it was that easy lol. But amazing place and what variety of options! So many toys to pick from!

I took my 4 kids to this store and we had such a nice time. The young staff are just lovely, so patient and helpful. We will go there again because the service is great. This is a huge improvement on the energy in previous years.

Great. I'm from Canada and this is the closest I've seen to Toys R Us. Huge selection, staff seem friendly.

It's rare to see a toy store still alive takes me back to the days when we had world 4 kids and toys R us

Great facility for a wide range of children's ages, themes, including female and male styled toys.

Well spaced with sections for specific themes e.g. Scientific; educational; outdoor; age- group; movie theme; online game themes such as Roblox and Fortnight and much more.

My son spent 45 minutes with me on his first large-spending excursion. With $400+ at his disposal and a full licence to spend, he did extremely well. After much deliberation he narrowed his options to two toys totalling $240. We discussed his options and the consequence of spending more which would leave him a lower balance remaining compared to spending less which would give him a greater remaining balance. I reminded him that he could spend it all but then he'd have nothing left. I also said he could buy two for $240 which would leave him x. I also reminded him that he could buy one now, enjoy it for a while, and then buy the other one whenever he decided to do so.

Eventually, he chose the most expensive of the two and spent $150 + $17 on a toy he found in the way to the checkout.

We used the majority of his coins and he chose 2 x $50 notes from his folding stash.

Proud of him and grateful for the support and patience of the team at Toymate. Well done.

Great place for toy shopping. Wish they stock up some more stuff for elder kids 10-12 years too. It has lots of variety for younger one's.

I love toy shops and I love this one. The prices can be more than regular shops but they always have 3 or 4 aisles on special, sometimes greatly reduced. Plus the range is really good
