Town Caravan Park

It's near the center of the city. The staff is nice. It's not a big caravan park, but it's a good place to stay.

It's nice because it's in the center of town and it's safe.

Great Location right in the middle of town. Not far from local shops and Kununarra Hotel next door. Staff also is very helful. Have stayed here now 2nd time and will come back if available.
Definitely recommended.

Only stayed 2 nights but what a great Caravan park. Heaps of shade. Very clean ablutions, lovely staff. No complaints whatsoever. Felt very safe and we would definitely stay here again.

After 4 months on the road, we found this place as one of the worst we stayed at.just soooo loud. Deliveries starting at 6: 30 AM a few meters away from our caravan. The trucks and workers are very noisy and create a cloud of dust (see pictures). At night, you have the sound of Hotel Kununurra (live bands, trivia night, people drinking, etc). You hear it so well that you could be playing trivia with them. Also, our neighbor was a permanent resident collecting rubbish who coughed all night. I mean, I've never heard someone coughing so much. Not what we were looking for on holiday.

Otherwise, clean amenities and very shady. But not worth the constant noise in our opinion.

We stayed here for three months while working in Kununurra, this is one of the best parks we have stayed in on our trip around Australia so far. Could not have wished for better managers. It is very safe and secure, the grounds and amenities are very well maintained, we would not hesitate in recomending this park to anyone who is coming to Kununurra

Super close to coles like 6 minute walk, the toilet/showers were immaculate soooo clean! Super safe as everything was gated and had your own gate key to get through, there was a dog run which was perfect to let the dog off the leash, only thing is can get abit noisey in the night which is to be expected right near town.

Fantastic location. New and clean bathrooms. Fully secure with an electric gate and plenty of grass. Very pet friendly, a fully fenced grass section for the dogs and Vicki looked after our 2 dogs so we could go on a tour

Very central. Nice pool. Tall security gates. Lits of shade. Clean amenities.
A good mechanic opposite if need be. Short walk to the Information centre and Coles.

Such a clean caravan park with good laundry facilities. Beautiful soft green grass around and a safe place to be being gated. Would highly recommend it

Ticks all the boxes. Well located. Quiet. Shady. Reasonable size sites. Not too big. Happy we chose this park.

We arrived into Kununurra 3days early and we we lucky enough to secure a site at Hidden Valley Caravan Park, it is really lovely and the service from the ladies in reception was amazing. We unfortunately had to move to our booked caravan park, The Town Park and they had a backhoe digging up the next 2 sites for a slab which went for 2 days. We were not informed and there was dust everywhere through the van, really disappointed. Hidden Valley for us everytime from now on.

Really well looked after Caravan Park. Amenities are spotless! Grounds lovely and well cared for. Loved our stay.

We stayed at this place for two week self isolation over Xmas and New Year. We are traveling with a dog and came from NT.
Vicki knew all the requirements for self isolation such as who could deliver food, a place for dog to do his business etc.
To our delighted surprise staff cooked up and delivered loads of lovely Christmas meats and roast vegies to people self isolating at the park on Xmas Day.
They also gave usdvd's for free and they even did a trip to bottle shop for us.

I quarantined (with my little dog) at Town Caravan Park over Christmas and I was very pleased with the quarantine accomodation (Self Contained Villa) and friendly service provided by management. Vicky was most accomdating and helpful, after I arrived after hours through the border. My unit was clean, air-conditioners working beautifully, and I was blessed to have a nice little verandah to catch a bit of sun on most days. Management even brought me a delightful surprise Christmas Lunch and Sweets. Vicky even offered to go to the bottle shop, if needed any beverages whilst isolating. I recommend Town Caravan Park for Quarantine. They maintained protocols in regards to Quarantining. Its beats sitting in a hotel room with no windows. Thank you management. Please remember to book in advance.

We are currently staying at this park Quarantining for 2 weeks in a cabin until New year including Christmas day.
We had vehicle issues prior to leaving Darwin and rang and put back our arrival twice before finally arriving on Dec 17th, Vicki was great, understanding of our situation and kept the cabin available for us.
The cabins are spacious, clean and maintained, cold aircon and ours had a full size fridge and outside verandah/deck area.
Vicki Daryl and the team have been looking after us very well here, we were wonderfully surprised today to receive a lovely Christmas roast dinner with all the trimmings delivered to our cabin and later a tray full of awesome sweet goodies.talk about service above and beyond thankyou so much for doing that for us great Christmas spirit.
Also Vicki and Daryl organised items for us that we couldn't get prior to Christmas.
Highly recommended a stay here, well run and comfortable place to stay.

Horrible place. Horrible experience. The place was EXTREMELY DISGUSTING.full of dead animals in the corner, the aircon was filthy and smelly!
I'd not recommend this place to anyone.

One Star Couse I can not but zero.
I was doing my quarantine with my 3 friends in this caravan park, we v been treated not as guests but prisoners, the receptionist is rude and the owner worst, he came to me once very aggressive face to face (with no mask) when I tried to calm him down and told him to be respectful with my friends, he was arguing with a girl that she just was talking by the phone, alone, in the terrace at 9.00 pm, using a very bad attitude, aggressive, and offensive (clearly he has problem with women).
