You can drive onto the beach and spend a few hours there. Not as pristine as the beaches on the other side of exmouth but only a few minutes in the car from town. Can be rocky underfoot be careful.

Great spot to drive on and soak up some rays, picnic and a fish, bring the dogs and leave the kids at home
