Tow Rite Towing & Recovery

Got charged an extra $50 for 5 minutes the guy had to wait while I removed stuff from the back of my Ute. But I had to wait 10 minutes for old mate to come back from hungry jacks. Wasn’t impressed

Just used their service today. They attended me in 5 minutes upon calling. The price was on point. Absolutely marvelous service. Super happy about it. Adam is such a great and kind bloke. Wouldn't go anywhere. You are on speed dial fellas. Thank you.

Relatively profesional service provided, but I cannot recomend Tow Rite based solely on pricing, wasnt given a quote before hand, car was towed 300m to the closest mechanic and used maybe 10 minutes total of drivers time and was charged $150 for that.
Dont recomend unless your extreamly desperate.

If I could give a negative score I would. Terrible service, car towed and insurance company not notified so car location unknown for 5+ days. Company ok with having drunk people sign paperwork and don’t care! Very unethical
Company laughs at you about the cost of storage fees. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give them more stars if I could. At a time when I was stressed about my car breaking down, they were quick, professional and respectful of my car. The price was more than fair. Highly recommend!

Truck driver verbally abusive towards my dad who was doing nothing wrong. We were simply lining up to pass a recent car crash site when he attempted to cut us off in an attempt to pass the crash site faster. When he saw that my dad didn’t let him pass he started swearing violently and making threats at my dad. My 11 year old sister and my mum were also in the car and were scared and offended.
I have the truck drivers license plate.

Highly agressive driver, flips you off after nearly causing an accident. Don't recommend them

Had a car incident last week. Julian and Nichole from tow-rite were like angels helped me what to do and towed my car. I didn’t even called towing company, he just showed up. I didn’t need to wait anything much. Everything gone smoothly because of them. Thank you so much!

The team at Tow Rite were incredibly kind and helpful during a very stressful time. Very quick on the scene, worked with my insurer and even went to the extra effort of collecting/storing my stuff for me after my car was sent to the wreckers.

I couldn’t recommend this company more! The two men on the scene of my accident drove my son and myself to a safer location and waited with us until we were picked up. We were hit by a truck on the freeway and clearly very distressed they were so supportive and helped us both calm down. We had never been in an accident previously and the tow rite team offered ongoing suggestions and support throughout the process. Every time we spoke we were met with sincere concern for our well being and support with everything we needed, it was like communicating with friends. 100/10 would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Chris from Tow Rite was fantastic during a very stressful time. He was there a couple of minutes after I was rear ended, stayed with me during the process with the Police, keeping me calm and giving me advice. In the days after the accident he was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Tow Rite to anyone requiring this service.

Chris from Tow Rite arrived at my car accident and he was amazing! He helped with getting the details of the person that crashed into me, called an ambulance and took photos, he also stood next to me the entire time keeping me calm and spoke to my partner to tell him I was involved in an accident. I was super scared and worried about the safety of my unborn baby and he stayed and reassured me the entire time everything would be okay. I cannot fault the services provided they were impeccable.
