Great store but with it being set so far set from the street it does need more signage to compliment a large store and to compete with the other nearby safety stores, otherwise you won't pickup passing trade.

Bought a shoe which said was non slip but sadly wasn't compatible in my work place.
They have agreed to take back.

Top first experience at Totally work wear canningvale. I was assisted by Kerren I believe her name was, sorry if I got it wrong haha. She was so welcoming, helpful and patient with me. It made me feel comfortable and happy to be able to try things on and pick what was really best for me. I really appreciate the customer service and reccommend to any workers out there needing some new work gear to stop by here.

They charged me restocking fees for an item which wasn’t available in store. Also mentioned it could have been done without any fee if ordered online. Seriously?

I had a fantastic experience the staff here. Polite, informative and well versed with their products. I tried a number of boots to fit the correct size and fit. The lady who assisted me was patient, knowledgeable and we ended having a lovely conversation about our families. I keep coming back here to pick up work wear, they have great brands and quality work wear lots to choose from. Staff are helpful with phone orders, Its an awesome store.

Staff didn't pay any attention to us we felt invisible especially when a staff member came out from the back and walked straight passed us never even looked at us will not be back to store

I was greeted by a very friendly staff member even before I was actually inside the store.

Once inside the store the service was excellent and the young lady serving me went above and beyond and made me feel right at home while shopping for boots.

I highly recommend shopping at Totally Workwear Canningvale as the staff are excellent.

Appalling customer service! Went to counter to ask for help, staff stood staring at his computer for a good few minutes ignoring me. Thought he was typing in my queries until the other staff asked if I needed help. The other staff was equally rude as well. Went to the Work Clobber down the road instead. Service there was a complete opposite. Not going to step into Totally Workwear again!

Costumer service is really poor. Don’t need to show attitude and arrogance to customer those who are real buyers and already cool

I bought a pair of boots but when I got home to lace them up properly I noticed the tag had been removed and upon inspection there was damage to the toe leather and two deep puncture holes in one of the soles.
When I called to ask for an exchange I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told that I should have inspected the shoes before buying them.
I returned within the hour of purchase to be met with all three employees rowed at the counter to deal with my complaint. I had to explain that the boots were faulty, damaged, I hadn't worn them yet (still in my casual clothes) and ask for an exchange. Then I had to say that the boots were $200.00 and that a product should be undamaged and fit for purpose. After some whispered deliberation they said it was the last pair in black and offered me a replacement pair in a tan colour instead.
I said I wanted a refund. The refund was processed in silence and my bank card flipped out of the machine onto the counter.
These people need a short course in consumer protection law and a long course in social etiquette.
My complaint to head office has not been followed up hence the poor online review.
