27/07/23Phoned on 3 consecutive days wanting to make an appointment, was advised someone would call me back, no call to date! Obviously too busy to take on new business.

I cannot rate Colette highly enough. Most helpful, considerate and gets results.
Alas a guy "Andrew" has taken the roll.
The most unhelpful, rude person one could deal with.
Look elsewhere as I have done.

Cannot rate the team at TPW & especially Collette high enough. Their experience & patience in dealing with several overseas funds over a lengthy period of time & exhausting amounts of paperwork was exceptional.
