Total Vet Care - Bentley Veterinary Hospital

Had to take my puppy there A few weeks ago, cause something was in his ear and irritating him. Did A walk in and the vet wasn't able to see him till closing time. He still had A look and found that my pup had a grass seed right up against his ear drum and said that he'd have to be sedated.
He was willing to work on him there and then, even though it was a walk in and post closing time, which I was very grateful for.
An hour later, he's finally finished and brings out my wobbly puppy, which brought me to tears.
Not only that, but I also wasn't able to pay the vet bill that day, cause I was a few days shy of my pay day and he was happy to make an arrangement for me to pay later.
I know it may have been I minor thing to happen, but I was very overwhelmed and extremely grateful for the vet. Even if I move to a different suburb, I'd rather travel all the way here, cause I know that my baby will be taken care of

Fantastic veterinary clinic! The reception staff are always friendly, caring and accommodating. Dr Gordon’s calm manner, knowledge, genuine care and professionalism are just a few traits that make him an outstanding vet! He has cared for our pets over a number of years; in particular and of late, our dog Ford who needed major surgery twice. Gordon’s skill has ensured that we will enjoy our boy for much longer!

Thank you to Dr Gordon Tan for his compassion and care of my beautiful cat Mia, on her last few days. The girls on Saturday and today- Monday- were also very lovely, caring and nothing too much trouble. Makes the world of difference to an emotional visit.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS! Thank you all. Wonderful service and the vet was VERY knowledgeable. I took a client in a wheelchair and was worried about access. Only to arrive to see it’s all accessible! Thank you again for looking after my clients cat - she’s the best cat ever and so dearly loved.

Attended this surgery many decades later with a new kitten. So extremely impressed with the nurses and vet. They befriended Kuta and explained everything. Even a call a couple of days later to see how we were coping. Would always go back to them at any time. They are so pleasant and professional. Thank you all.

Super love this place. I have (or more exactly the family has) been going here for almost 40years. The vets are great, the assistants lovely and all round a great place to take your pets for awesome first rate care.

Huge shout out to the vet nurse who helped me with my kittens Bill and Ben who were in need of pain relief. She talked to the vet - Paul, he was out on call, - and then took all the details of the kittens and made us comfortable while Paul made his way back to the surgery. The boys had a comfortable night and are resting today.
Very appreciative of being charged a reduced fee for such outstanding service.

Very happy with the service, my dog had surgery there and they did a really great job and I thought the cost was quite reasonable for what my dog had done

Horrible vet. Diagnosed suspected kidney cancer and suggested ultrasound cat died from bacteremia which resulted in him having been put down. Lost my beloved cat and still miss him dearly will never take any pets here again.

Staffs are friendly and responsive to emails/ phone calls. Gordon is a great vet, he talked us through pet care after our dog got sterilised. Was very friendly and kind. The hospital also gave us discounts since it’s our first time visiting the hospital.

Everybody here genuinely cares about their patients. They don't mind explaining things again if you don't get it the first time.

First time using this Veterinary practice today and wasn't expecting a great experience. My expectations were thrown out the window.
Great Vet Nurse. Great Veterinarian, and Great practice.

What a terrible Doctor! He is an Asian man, when I took my little cat, it gets more serious! If you love your pet, don't go there!
