Sam is amazing. I walked in not knowing anything about my pain and walked out with knowledge and an action plan. I am so thankful to her and the wealth of knowledge she brings. The front staff are also great with good sense of humour and super friendly. Thank you for the amazing service.

Entering health first was comforting from start to finish, I came in with aching arm shoulder, she explained what was going on, doing treatment along the way, 30 min later wow so much easier now, will definitely be going back.

Was seen promptly at appointment time. Physio was friendly and knowable. Explained my problem and did his stuff. Felt much better after appointment.

Sam is extremely helpful and she fully explained my problem and how it can be treated. She put me at ease straight away and I have full confidence in her ability to treat me and look foward to being pain free.
