Job on fri 21/12/23 was to clean & service 3 spilt systems.the tradie who attended was knowledgable and did a good job. I was invoiced for this work on 21/12/23 and paid in full, same day.
Boxing day 26/12 i get a very terse email from the service manager demanding payment. I sent a reply with proof of payment.no response no reply.i refuse to deal with managers that treat their customers so poorly. BAD customer service.

This company was very difficult to deal with because if you have an issue, they will talk you down and talk over the top of you instead of applying basic customer service principles!
Two 88 year old senior citizens with varying degrees of ill health had to wake approx 5 weeks for aircon to be repaired in their very cold unit. Plus additional time for a second part to be delivered. The issue was not the waiting time or the cost so much as the lack of communication about timelines. There was none- just that a part needed to be ordered and the second delay was that another part needed to be ordered. If the timelines had been communicated, the option of purchasing a new system for a little more money would have been better. 3 trips out and weeks of patience - aircon still not working properly and this is their area of expertise. Need to keep in mind that people cannot read minds! Credit where credit is due. Bryce kept me well informed once I had made my initial disappointment clear. Senior citizens deserve more respect.

After asking a few mates who would be the best company to go with, the name that kept coming up was TKS. So after getting a quote we went ahead and got ducted reverse cycle air conditioning installed in our house. Everything went fantastic. The guys came in and removed our old evaporative system and then got to work on the new one. Very friendly and professional team. We could not be happier. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Arrived at 9am and expected first up around 7.30 to 8pm. Given that our system is too old to repair we would like to investigate a reduced price on replacement unit. Is so, we can move now to get one otherwise will leave it.

My experience from start to finish with TKS has been amazing.
Matthew explained exactly what was required. My job was booked in, they contacted me the day before to confirm and sent text on the day to say they were on the way. The guys cleaned up after themselves and explained how the system worked. 10/10.

A neat and clean installation by capable and efficient installers with minimal intrusion and mess. Highly recommended.

So much so getting them back for another air-con

Came out to diagnose a fault on our Air Con unit and also give it a service. Found the fault and came back as soon as parts arrived to fix our unit. Very highly recommended turned up when they said they would, did the job left the area neat and tidy couldn’t ask for better service.

Fantastic service the best in Perth. Very polite workers, They cleaned up afterwards and our air conditioning and heating system works perfectly. They all deserve an award thank you very much.

We had our air con fitted by TKS 2 years ago (great service), unfortunately we had a problem with it last week, I was advised it was still under warranty so I would be given priority. The technician was with us in a couple of days, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed the next day. Great service, polite, efficient and on time, We are also a small local business who pride ourselves on great customer service so can totally recommend these guys
