Total Health Ellenbrook Family Practice

Receptionists Inconsiderate to the patients needing to be seen, doctors ALWAYS running late sometimes over an hour but you can't be a little bit late. It's quite irritating with the demand of doctors appointments.

Went for mine and my baby's 6 week appointment with Dr Kyaw. I had to remind the Dr to go through the purple book and do all the right checks and he still didn't complete all the items listed so the CHN didn't have anything to compare to for the 8 week appointment. Also asked alot of questions about myself and I asked for solutions and was given nothing. Seemed very lazy. The RN nurses are always lovely though. I first changed to this clinic when Dr Alice Webb was there as she actually took time and effort and compassion in women's health, she has since left. I really wish more clinics made women's and mental health a higher priority.

The worst GP I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t prescribe medication that I’ve been prescribed by multiple doctors before him and have been using for years, because he wasn’t the one to prescribe it first? I’ve been trying to make a phone appointment for the past 2 weeks and when it come to appointment time I don’t get a call at all.

Very dissapointing services, 2 phone calls to confirm my appointment was a telehealth appointment. The morning of I get a phone call advising this must be face to face, as they only have 1 gp on board. Not sure what difference it makes being in perso to telehealth when asking that, suddenly he now does not have a camera. When people work full time and make certain arrangements its very stressfull and disrespectful to call the morning of to completely change appointments. Last 2 GP'S from this practice i was engaged with have left - I understand why and will now be finding a new GP Practice. Very unprofessional.

Bring back Dr Sahi before this practice closes, He is great and has treated me for years. Dr Fazel won't prescribe my medication even after I've seen pain specialist to get it and previously hospitalised, instead recommended a psychologist to talk about my feelings.
Pain medication exists for a reason because some people require it to have a normal life and don't appreciate being labelled an abuser.

The worst medical centre. Inspite of prebooking you have to wait for hours. Non cooperative reception staff. Total waste of time.

I refuse to go anywhere else.
I see Dr Alice and I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic Dr for myself and my family.
Dr Alice is exceptional in womens health, thorough and great with kids. We will be seeing her for many years to come.

I have been seeing Dr Fazal Shabudin for many years now and he has always had time to listen to me. I don't find him intimidating at all. I think he is a VERY good doctor.

So disappointed at the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. Constantly doubled booked with other people. Obviously not wanting to retain new business.

I started seeing Dr Alice Webb not long ago and I am so impressed with the way she attended to my medical problem. In just one month she sent me to do so many blood tests and scans. Can't thank her enough. Monica M

Extremely rude and disgusting practice manager. Apparently her name is "Jacinda". She was so rude and kept screaming at me over the phone. What a shame for a medical practice to have a worker like her in the clinic. Consider to think twice when hiring a manager! I would have given zero star if I could.

I have found the Staff Dr Sahi and the doctors at Total Health caring and thorough i also consult with Dr Fazal and find him also to be a thorough thoughtful and caring GP

I would like to thank the staff at Total health family practice Ellenbrook medical centre for their commitment and proffessional attitude. I recently visited Dr Sahi and was so happy with my treatment. Dr Sahi took his time to explain with no rush, he is very knowledgeable.

Overall all staff were friendly and professional I definetly recommand this medical center to all my friends and family.

I've been in many different practices and i can confidently recommend this practice.doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable. They listen to your problems patiently even if it takes more than usual. I have really found them very passionate to the patient.

Dr Fazal Shabudin is a disgrace! I have been attending this practice since it opened and it is by far the best. The person who lets this practice down is Dr Fazal Shabudin. The whole practice wasn't aware of the recent medical changes regarding the medical I underwent and when I tried to help Dr Fazal Shabudin by getting appropriate forms, I was told I am "wasting his time" I paid almost $200 for a medical which wasn't covered by Medicare and I was told I am wasting his time. I also had some medical conditions that I wanted to disclose but because Dr Fazal was so intimidating and was reluctant to hear me, I felt like I could not talk. Such a shame and unprofessional person to have in such a good medical practice. I really really hope Dr Sahi and the senior medical staff get rid of him as he really lets the company name down.
