Liz Davidson is a fantastic Doctor, I’d highly recommend. Liz assisted in diagnosing and treating an esoteric condition that was causing me persistent issues for months, when other doctors simply dismissed me. The reception team are professional and friendly, a modern facility, extremely clean, and excellent parking.

Always had a great experience with the GP's here, specifically Dr. Rhian Moss - very thorough and caring approach.

My daughter had and iron infusion. The staff were absolutely lovely and the nurse was brilliant. Very happy with our experience once again

Our doctor was great and helped us out amazingly but on arrival one of the older receptionists was being quite rude to a confused asian man infront of a room of people waiting, she did not finish what he needed to be done cause it “took too long”, such appalling behaviour, don’t work in such an industry if you have no patience with people and will be rude to customers that don’t understand.i feel so sorry for this poor man i hope he is ok

Have been with this clinic for a few years now and never had a bad experience. Drs are thorough and request appropriate investigations or referrals when needed. I have chronic health issues and I am usually there once a week or fortnight. Never had a problem with reception staff who now no even by my voice when I call
Also covid clinic was a fast and easy process from booking to jab.

Efficient and professional.quick turn around from the covid vaccine clinic to the regular gp services.

Doctor was professional. Receptionist was rude, condescending & not very helpful.
As a result, I will not be returning.

Very Bad experience i was asked to wait in car since i had cough for 45min. And then the doctor called me on phone and was asking if i could reschedule the time without seeing me she was introgating me on phone. Such a bad way to treat a patient. Waste of time.

Dr Warren was very polite and professional. She definitely listened to everything I had to say and didn't make me feel silly, or paranoid, like some other doctors can. 10/10 would recommend this clinic!

A clean and colourful clinic with friendly receptionists. The GP's aren't very warm but their efficiency and professionalism is top notch.

Not sure on the other reviews They do bulk bill and the receptionist have always been friendly with me. Have seen a few of the different doctors always professional and thorough, dont rush you out the door.

Bad experience with total gp receptionist. I tried to make an appointment for wednesday 19th jan thursday for my kids and I was asking for a later time for an appointment. The receptionist responds that there are 3 slots which are all in the morning, 3 times despite me asking for a later time. She started to become rude by saying "I've had to say it 3 times for the time availability" she even gave me the wrong doctor that I had asked for. She asked for my name and handed the phone to her manager, making it appear that I was in the wrong. I'm not recommend to anyone to come to this gp.
