Best Retic Store in Perth! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend for anything retic related and more.

Ridiculously overpriced.went in there to get an extra part which i had bought a few of from another store and cost me $8.95 and they wanted to charge me $39 for the same part.same exact manufacturer.all up i was quoted almost $50 for 2 bits where as i could have bought them for $11 at the other supplier. Which i ended up doing.the two stars is for customer service as the staff are polite and helpful.

Today. I went to Nutrien water Osborne Park with a friend because we were doing some reticulation in his house. We already knew that Bunnings O. Park or any other Bunnings branches do not have some parts for the reticulation Nothing wrong with Bunnings because we also went to Bunnings today. So if you are looking for some reticulation parts, go to Nutrien Water and check the stock also their knowledge is excellent

Absolute and utter rip off. Had them out numerous times to fix sprinklers. Overcharged each time and the results had to be fixed by another company. Avoid.

Fantastic and quick service, thanks Steve, legend! Gave these guys a call, told them what I needed to do, they let me know what they needed from me to give the right advice, Steve got back to me after an hour or so and had designed up a system for me. He let me know the supplier was doing a promotion starting later that afternoon, so he held off processing the order til then and saved me 20%. Came in to collect my gear and he walked me through the setup process with detailed knowledge and tips that a generalist at Bunnings won't have.

Went in with a problem with my controller they helped to diagnose the problem and get the right solution.

The guys at totally Eden were amazing help. I thought I needed to get a new solenoid and one of the guys convinced me not to. Taught me how to check my solenoid and trouble shoot my controller unit and working with a multimeter. In the end he was right the solenoid was fine and I got everything working again. I will be going back to these guys for all future purchases.

Very helpful staff and they have everything you need for reticulation. The price is not that different from big stores.

Brilliant service, staff member spent alot of time helping. Mix of options and solutions that suited my budget.

STAFF ARROGANT AND PRODUCTS OVERPRICED. Despite clearly being a tradesman in uniform they slugged me $17 EACH for a basic universal hose-to-tap connector. These things are half the price at Bunnings! When I queried it the guy behind the counter got dismissive and abusive and shouted at me not to come back as I walked out the door! Forget Total Eden and its high prices and rude and arrogant staff. Save yourself the money and go to Reece Irrigation or Bunnings where they don't take advantage.
