Nutrien Water team saved the day for us! Both the admin staff organising one of their guys to come out to us ASAP and their technician Sam! They came out first thing after the long weekend to fix our retic that unexpectedly started having issues! They were polite, super knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Thank you so much for saving the day for us!

Did a great job of fixing me up today with a solenoid valve. Retic is now back in action again!

I tried to fix my solenoids but ouldn't find the piece I needed anywhere. Until I found this Business. The two guys who were working there not only identified what I needed straight away but help me to understand how it worked. Very happy with the professionalism. Highly recommend it

These guys at Total Eden Bibra Lake went out of their way to get me out of a bind this morning. They dropped everything and came out to my home to wire up a solenoid prior to my new lawn being laid this morning. And they didn't even charge for their visit. Thanks guys for going above and beyond! I really appreciated it.

Sent an email with a photo of my broken system asking for the model to purchase from them with installation. No reply. Could not be bothered.

From the initial phone call, to in person service to the product it’s self it was the best experience EVER! Two weeks ago I came in with a game plan to get my brown lawn green before my wedding. I had a game plan, but the knowledgeable gentleman at Total Eden recommended a slightly different approach with different products which ended up being cheaper and my lawn is BOOOMING! I honestly can’t believe it!

Total Eden installed wrong plants without notifying us. We contacted them about it and had some back and forth emails going along. In the end, they delivered the right plants but we have to remove the wrong plants and plant the correct ones ourselves. We do however, appreciate the gesture of our concern being addressed.

Shocking service.how they are still in business is a miracle.no follow up, no calls back after multiple attempts, misinformation the list goes on.

Delays in service, still waiting for things that they said they would do and cheap products that break after 3 years max. Oh and only a 12 month warranty then they want to charge $99 just for someone to drive to your house, not even do anything. Wish I'd been warned DO NOT USE TOTAL EDEN! Total Eden. Total Rubbish.

Took one month to get a landscaping plan drawn for my front yard 3 more weeks till it was installed. When I inspected the finished product they had put in 20 less plants than what was quoted also put in a cheaper non Bluetooth irrigation unit without letting me know of the change and still charging the same amount. When I queried this the supervisor said the irrigation unit was out of stock so the installer put in an equivalent one but the supervisor did not check to make sure, secondly according to the supervisor the extra plants were supposed to be left in my backyard by the installer but instead they had taken them home and hoped I didn’t notice. The supervisor ensured me that he would personally deliver the extra plants back to me as well as look into the irrigation controller within 2 days.it has now been 1 month and still nothing has been done even after calling multiple times. To say I’m disappointed is the understatement of the year I will never use them again and am contemplating legal action for the outright theft of my plants.

Great range of sprinkler and parts for the garden and much more. Very helpful service and advice. Whilst more expensive than Bunnings the service well makes up for it.
