Total Eden Malaga

Excellent advice, service and pricing. I decided to DIY a reticulation system for our future lawn. Nutrien Malaga did draw up a plan und put a parts list together for the project in no time. They delivered the parts the same day and gave excellent advice. No question asked was too much for them. The install was easy, thanks to their great help. Rarely have I experienced such good service in the past. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Used to use Total Eden for everything. Very good company always. Now Nutrien. I was given the choice of a subbie for reticulation repairs or I could go to the website of Nutren to request contact. She couldn't arrange the retic appt herself or put me directly through to anyone. She had care factor zero and didn't seem to know anything about the other non sales side of the business. Nutrien needs to really change how they market to consumers. I doubt many people even know they have taken over Total Eden.

I have been to this place this week and price is ridiculously high (3 times higher than local Bunnings). So be careful and please check the price with other stores before going to this shop. I live in Morley and usually buy reticulation stuff from one shop in Welshpool. (I am not mentioning the shop name due to conflict of interest). Yesterday I thought to buy from Malaga area and ended up in this shop. Price is very high and really very limited range as well. Honest recommendation, compare the price with other shops and decide.

Since the day I decided to install reticulation at my property as a DIY project, the service i had from Katie at Nutrien Water Malaga was outstanding. I had no idea what i was doing but Katie helped me with planning the layout, selecting the correct products and even delivery. Nothing was too much to ask and her service to me and probably all the trade professionals that use Nutrien, was first class. Thank you so much

Total Eden made everything very easy for us. We received fantastic customer service from Total Eden. When I e-mailed a timer manual to the service department, for the electrician who was going to visit our house the next day, I got prompt confirmation that they received it and would pass it on. Total Eden also found the cheapest solution to fix our reticulation timer problem. The visit to our house took place as scheduled and they even let us know what exactly had been done as we were not at the house at that time. Highly recommend.

Katie went above and beyond even helping get my products home as i stupidly didnt realise how much i needed. She empowered me to do it all myself and when i hit a problem.and ran out of time she came to my rescue and within hour had somone on site to help me. Could not praise or recomend Katie enough. For my first ever time dealing with Total Eden i will be returning for all my needs moving forward.

Good staff who know their stuff. Very helpful and have a huge array of supplies. Good quality fittings and fixtures.

Pretty average to be honest. Got what I needed but expensive. They seemed to be a little disorganised. Not sure if in midst of moving or just reshuffling.

They sell top quality gear. Their popups last a lot longer than the cheap and nasty one sold in most hardware stores.

The staff member who served us was great - he did not have what we required and phoned another store to try and source some. The building does not present well. The signage outside is faded and the front of the building damaged and has been for some time. The sticky floor where the tiles have been removed (months ago as we were there 6-8 weeks ago) makes it an unpleasant experience)
