We used Total Choice when initially setting up our mortgage and went back to them again to refinance, this time with a different bank. They made the whole process very easy. We were initially referred to Total Choice by the real estate agent selling the property we had just made an offer on, the agent spoke highly of Jonathan and so we went with TCHL (as opposed to researching endlessly). We came to Total Choice with a very difficult set of financial circumances involving one income and a number of other issues.

Jonathan met with us a number of times and kept in regular contact. He clearly set out the issues and explained the obstacles we were facing. He was open, frank and really pragmatic with his approach. He was able to find us a loan/package that we are extremely pleased with and did it all under relatively pressing time restraints.

Without labouring the point too much, I'm still a little dumbfounded he was able to get us the loan that we have and I would recommend him to friends, particularly those with unconventional circumstances. He has continued to advocate for us with the bank even following settlement. He was really pleasant to deal with and whilst we have only held the loan for a short period, I expect we will see the same high level of service in the future
