TOTAL AIR CONDITIONING (Perth)

Brilliant. We booked the emergency service and they came the same day. As it was close to 40 deg we couldn’t get anyone else for weeks. The tech (Richard) sorted the problem very quickly and stayed around to make sure everything was working as it should. Super friendly service from the initial contact to the very end. Highly recommend them and I’ll be using them for all my future servicing.

Ducted air conditioner seemed to be working but not blowing cool air. Contacted Total Air Conditioning who were unavailable for 3 weeks or so, (as were others I contacted,) so let my booking stand. As promised they contacted me the day before to confirm the booking, arrived first thing next morning and the tech identified the problem within minutes, a condenser mot working. Replaced the part, cleaned the filter and gone within an hour or so. Unit now working beautifully and blowing lots of lovely cool air, (it's now 41 degrees outside.) Very happy with their service and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Total team turned up on time, explained options and gave independent advice.
Job was done at the cost quoted and work site was beautiful and clean afterwards.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the second year in a row I have used Total Air Conditioning Perth.
This was a very simple process. Once I booked on line and paid a deposit. Chose my date and time. The day before I was contacted to confirm the date was still ok, then on the day I was contacted with the technicians name and phone number.
The job was done by ED he arrived early and completed the service in quick time.
The next day I received a text message asking me to leave a review to receive 20% discount.
I message the office reminding them i had left a review last year and when my invoice turned up it showed the promised discount.

I recommend highly. I was booked in within days, the technician was friendly and serviced the evap in a timely fashion. Good communication also.

We contacted Total Air Conditioning Perth due to a faulty evaporative system - we originally booked the next available service in a weeks time, but due to the heatwave causing considerable discomfort to my 30 week pregnant wife I called up to see if they could fit us in sooner.

I cannot thank Emily, George and Daniel enough for accommodating this request and coming out to us within 2 days. Daniel was extremely patient and attentive when on site and took the time to answer any questions I had and explain each aspect of the job he was doing.

Thanks again to the team, we will certainly come back for our next service!

Be careful with these people, they clearly didn't check everything and jumped the gun to replace my entire system when an easy fix was found elsewhere.

Called Total Air on a Monday morning to see if they could come to my work to repair an issue with an industrial walk in fridge. Total Air were absolutely amazing and with little to no fuss, my fridge issue was booked into the be remedied in the afternoon the very next day. From the start Richard and his team were very professional. Our new unit was installed within a week & we are very pleased with the unit itself, the workmanship & the knowledge & friendliness of the installers. Our existing unit was serviced & later developed a fault unrelated to the service. Richard attended our place at his earliest opportunity & diagnosed the problem. I really appreciated the work that the Total Team did on my aircon system which was all but dead as a dodo. They quickly diagnosed and replaced the part and left the spaces they worked in perfectly clean. Thanks guys.

My old aircon wasn't cooling. I booked a Total Air visit online. They phoned a couple of hours later saying they had a serviceman in my area and he could come straight over. He was here in 10 minutes and had evaluated my aircon within another 10 minutes. Because my aircon uses R22 refrigerant which has been restricted due to greenhouse issues, they could do nothing. They were very reasonable about the charge for the visit. I couldn't be more satisfied with their professional approach.

Great service from Liam at Total Air today. We have had a fault in our aircon and he quickly diagnosed the issue, and advised the cost of parts to repair. He also completed a service. Was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated the text advising me of his arrival time. Will definitely use the team again!

Total Air have provided me with quality services supporting my aging A/C system and installing a new reverse cycle split system. They have excellent communication systems to keep me informed on their arrival times, and have performed high quality work on my behalf. I will continue to rely upon them to keep my house's air conditioning units in shape. Thanks to George at Total Air for his efforts in our most recent drama to have us up and running again in time for a house guest!

Absolutely fantastic service. The guys who came to the job were humorous, kind and attentive. They completed the job as fast as they could, ensure they completed it properly. They talked us through the process and explained details to us. We will definitely be using this company again. Not only was it great service but they are also reasonably priced! Our air conditioning units were filthy before the job and not working properly. We now have working aircons that finally cool the house down properly.
