The best amen I’ve ever had in Perth, tasty and flavorful. Come early to avoid long lines. I get the Number 1, it was easy but amazing.

It was good! Seeing people queueing outside, we waited for like…15min, and the ramen was made right after we ordered so that it would be fresh. (That was another 15-20 min of waiting)

But it was good, the soup, the chicken and the noodle, I really like the yellow noodle back home and in ramen. Thanks for the food.

Good food & service
Long time waiting but it worths

I ordered spicy chicken karaage and black garlic ramen with Cha Shu yesterday.
There are red pepper powders around the chicken, taste good and crispy. Soup looks fine, Cha Shu tastes a little bit sweet.

Still, only one thing needs to be improved is waiting timetoooo long!

We won't return to this place. Seems they don't care about losing customers due to their lack of customer service, bad taking order and waiting system.

We (2adult+1kid) queued in the 5-6th before their open time. The waiting times for each process were longer than our eating time.
5 mins for waiting to be seated - there were 3 empty tables for 4 pax/table.
5-7 mins for waiting to get our order taken.
25 mins for waiting to get our order (2 bowls of ramen) served.
10 mins - we finished our meals.

The first groups (2ppl each group) in front of us got order taken and food served within 15-20 mins after they were seated and asked for orders. That's correct. The big group (7ppl) behind our turn for order got their starters in 5-10mins. We waited for another 25 mins to get 2 (TWO) ramen. The big group got their ramen in 1-2 mins after us. So they cooked our ramen together with the group's order? !? !

Before we ate, we realised that our bowls didn't have chicken chashu. One of 2 main toppings for menu: oyako chicken paitan and oyako black garlic paitan. The guy asked the kitchen and said, "it's coming", no apology.

Ramen broth was nice, it was thick chicken broth. Ramen texture and portion wasn’t bad, but don’t expect a lot of toppings like other good ramen places. They gave spring onion, 2 pieces of chicken cha shu, 1 egg.
Staff were friendly but 1 waitstaff was about taking a bowl while we were still scooping soup without asking first! Not sure why she wanted to clear the table quickly

We were curious about this place each time we passed by, seem like endless queue.
A suggestion, come before opening and stand in queue to get into the Restarunt for first round of diners
Both white Cha Siu and red chilli prawn ramen were very good. The hot broth is really rich (fatty?) and the taste was super. The noodle has Q-ness and the onsen egg is well made. Must try the ramen. The squid skewer is good but feels ordinary against the Ramen. Highly recommended. I will try the others next time, like Donburi
Service is a little slow but they organise the sitting well so it’s not crowded inside. But it means you have to wait outside the restaurant till seats are available.
If you happen to be in Northbridge, do not miss this!

Had to wait around 30 minutes for a table, but in the end was 10000% worth it. The ramen here is like no ramen before, it was so delicious, the servers were also really great about to waiting and were super kind! I definitely recommend

Tosaka is a popular Ramen Restaurant in Northbridge. There is a line but it does go fairly quickly and is worth the wait. They are closed Wed & Thu but open every other night from 17: 30. Say "Hi" to Kazuo and his wife, Yuka. The food is excellent and definitely worth a try.

Beautiful traditional feeling small ramen place. Superb quality and service. Due to popularity and traditional cooking there is a wait time. But highly worth it. The pork belly was prepared to perfection possibly the best I've had. The whole ramen dish was perfect and a wonderful culinary experience. Highly recommended for solo, pairs and dates.

Visited on a Monday night around 8PM. There was a queue of 8-10 people out the front but we were all seen to quickly.

I had the Black garlic cha-shu tori paitan, and a side of takoyaki, with a brown sugar plum wine & soda.

The ramen here is above and beyond what you will find elsewhere. The chicken and pork are so tender (Sous vide?), and the broth is creamy, and very moreish. Love coming here whenever I am in the mood for authentic ramen, and I recommend you do the same.

Really nice a tasty ramen with some vegan/veg options. The extra size for the meal is just some extra noodles so I don't think is worthy for +5$

The gyoza is the best I have tasted so far. Ramen tastes great with the amazing chicken broth. Although the portion is small and the ramen is not rich with toppings. The service staff is friendly and greets you in Japanese. It can get crowded, so make sure you reserve a spot or come early.

Very very good chicken ramen. I love the spicy one. Broth is the best! Can never have enough. Unfortunately, this place is always packed! You'll need to queue to get a table.

Had the chili shrimp ramen. Broth are quite delicious & got that spicy kick. Chicken is super tender, probably slow cook. However it is quite pricy for a ramen over $20. Nice to try once a while but won’t be going often due to price.

Do not recommend unless you’re looking to pay for a bad time.

Service: Terrible customer service/policies, a total subpar to the Perth standard. Very boss-centered “rules” instead of caring for customers e.g. Staff was very pushy, rude and insisted customers to wait on the street (“stand on the street and don’t hover around the store front”) without any hospitable gestures; staff insisted on seating us at the bar though there were several proper dining tables available and we had to almost argue our way to be seated on a regular table.

Food: A failed attempt on the frothy chicken broth ramen. Too salty and oily but no depth of the chicken umami at all. Noodles tasted like regular store-bought and overcooked. Someone has yet to bring the authentic Japanese chicken broth AND hospitality to Perth.

Excellent ramen. Broth was so rich and good. Not too salty and nice spicy kick. Noodles were the right amount of bounce.

I'd admit I'm not a ramen fan however if it's service, cleanliness and top quality ramen your on a winner here, cannot fault the venue. I've never tried ramen before and I'm glad i did so in the best there is. Don't be put off by my personal taste, the endless que of patrons speaks volumes.

It is certainly rare to come across a good, although quite auspicious, real attempt at authentically reproducing rich Mexican traditional cuisine - and fusing it with experimental contemporary Japanese.
It may at first appear indignant, and while that may divert your attention, sometimes we must remind ourselves to truly commit head on to the noble goal of experiencing food truly.
The Tacos were creamy, and savoury. They stood beautifully accompanied by a fresh yet interesting garden salad, standing naked without effulgent, domineering the focus of our hungry gaze.
Unfortunately, all good things, have their own issues. You may have heard the rumour that the Yuzu Lager here can cause pregnancy, and to my dismay I must confirm that it is true. My cup also had a small chip in it - and I don’t mean the French type.
